Shiva's Beach Cabanas

Nice quiet place
We just came to the beach, I can’t say much about the hotel. The location is definitely cool, the houses look nice)
The restaurant is good, delicious fresh juices, the food is not bad, the portions are quite large

Unique atmosphere, great service, delicious food! Separate thanks to the gentleman at the reception and to the waiters and cooks in the restaurant!
The place is definitely worth recommending. Thank you for everything and see you soon.

I didn't stay there. I just went to drop off some friends. Road was okay just a clay road.

The best beach location and view!
We had the front cabana on the beach. It is wonderful to drink coffee on her terrace, among the coconut trees and in the afternoon to read a good book in the comfortable bed outside or swing in your personal hammock.
The cottage is big enough with a king size bed. Immaculately clean sheets and towels. Also a lot of cleanliness around. The beach and beach beds are being cleaned all the time.
We could easy travell from here to all the sites in Southern Sri Lanka ore to Yala Park.
A very warm and nice Shiva's team has suportted us with anything we had neaded.
Always fresh food was made by a very good chef.
All the food was excellent and fresh, always accompanied by fresh local fruit juices or the lovely Lion beer, served cold in frozen glasses.

Shiva's has public access to the beach so our plan was to check out beach, maybe have a quick beer and continue our trip.
However we felt in love straight away with the place, cabanas, direct access to big beautiful beach that we decided to stay for day/night.
Friendly stuff, very relaxed, highly recommended.

We opted for the off-season, and it felt like having our own private beach. The serenity was unparalleled. In addition to serving us breakfast, they provided comfortable rooms. As it was the off-season, they did not offer other meals. Nevertheless, during busier times, they open up their services to include a variety of meals, enhancing the experience for all guests.

In the heart of nature, between lush ju gle and the ocean. These cabins are super nice, warm welcome, spacious, clean rooms, we had a great time! At the top, the price is absolutely correct for the services. On the other hand, it's the first time I've seen a menu in dollars, the restaurant is a little expensive.

We are glad we have selected this hotel after visiting several around. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The family balcony provides a great view, especially in rain season.

The inner garden is nicely shaden.

Multiple activities: volleyball, guitar, slackline, fire on the beach.

Friendly staffs and good food.

Nice place by the sea. Good food. Always ask from office before swimming in the sea. Cabanas are cool. Awesome to spend night in the beach

This place was perfect. We only stayed one night but it was a very good experience. The hosts were so nice from the moment we arrived and helped us book a safari in talks national park and transfer to Ella. The rooms were nice and the small terrace perfect for relaxation. We wish we stayed there longer. The beach is so quiet and tranquil. Just perfect!

The hotel offers accommodation in a classic bungalows just on the beach with a comprehensive services, such as: meals, tours, BBQ party. It is a perfect place for a people who are looking for a few days of rest among palms in Sri Lanka ;)

Great little beach side bar and restaurant. Volley ball and slack line out front. Food was really tasty and served fairly quick. Good place to chill by the sea and watch the sunset to the west.

Amazing place away from the noise and business of Tangalle. Clean beaches, great friendly staff and awesome facilities. All you need is there, you can just relax and never leave the area:)
Definitely recommend

With my wife we were so excited after arrival to Shiva's. The location among palms, just on the beach was breathtaking. For three days we were living in bungalows with private terrace, we could enjoy nice cocktails on the beach and just relaxing. Totally recommend!

Slow/lazy staff (+10% servis charge is a joke in this case), mediocre food, high prices. I DON'T RECOMMEND.
