Tissa Resort

I planned on staying for just a night when I did the Yala Park tour but ended up staying another night. I had a pleasant stay and the owners are very helpful. Room is spacious, clean, and with own toilet and shower. The property is in a very quiet neighborhood so you can definitely relax.

Really a nice place to stay. We booked a room for one nigh but I enjoyed very much. And the owner is very friendly. Worth for the price.

Very clean rooms and surrounding. Very reasonable price.
Bathroom with hot water. A TV is at outside common area.
Good place for a family. High mosquito density in the night. But the mosquito nets are fixed in the room. Owners are very good.

Good place, neat rooms, AC hot water. Friendly family who is running the place, breakfast was really good.

Very friendly staff. Help me with short noticed early check-in. Resort manager is very knowledgeable about the attractions close by. Great value for money. I recommend you book a room with A/C.

Really good value for the money. The room was clean and comfortable enough. The nice thing is if you are doing the safari through the hotel, it leaves directly from there. The guide for the safari was excellelent as well, being both enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Be aware that breakfast may not be included in either your booking or the safari.

Details were lacking, but the overall stay was okay. The local made food is nice, and the Yala safari booked at Tissa Resort was priced right (10000 rupees 2 pers.) and the guide who came with us sympathetic.
