Yesyesyes! This is it! The best and most delicate restaurant in Jaffna. Please do visit this place if you want to try Tamil Cuisine. The atmosphere is very relaxing and it has a high standard of food.

Food was okay, didn't have many options at the time we were visiting. Though the ambience was good.

We made it clear to the staff that we will only make the order if card payment is available but still he took the order and told us he will check with the manager and come back. The staff told us the card payment is out of service so we decided to leave and we got inside our vehicle but then two guys stopped us (which was panicking) and didn’t let us leave and said we are preparing your order and serve us with the card payment. Guys please have better communication and don’t scare the customers. This Restraunt has a good ambiance and food though!

We had a koththu and the following day all family members were not well due to food poisoning.

I am amazed to see old traditional obsolete equipment that is placed inside the premises, i have also posted most of the pictures of those equipment.

Let me say about authentic dishes of jaffna praws and fish curry with seafood noodles that we had for dinner is tasty and it had that taste i could not find anywhere in the country but just in Jaffna.

The menu still can improve by providing some other dishers as crabs, types of bread etc.

Absolutely loved this place. Great food, fair prices and portions, pleasant ambience and good service. Definetely worth a second visit.

Arguably the best restaurant serving Sri Lankan cuisine on the island.

The food is fantastic and you will not get a better Rassam anywhere on the island.

I went to this restaurant several times and found all the staff to be super friendly and attentive. The boys will do everything possible to please and make your night enjoyable.

The mosquito's are not an enjoyable feature on some nights.

This restaurant is just fantastic and a not to be missed experience. I absolutely guarantee, you will not get better Sri Lankan cuisine anywhere else.

The food is cooked fresh and took approx 30 mins to prepare everytime I went there. The waiter will advice you of the time required. If you are a pedantic person who cannot "chill" and likes to whine and complain about "delays" stay away.

Excellent place to have dinner in Jaffna. Attentive service, excellent atmosphere. Had dinner two times in my 4-day stay in Jaffna.

Don’t go to this restaurant. The food is bad. I took the chicken rice, but I don’t see the chicken…only bones. The potion is very bad, too much of rice only. I have already complained to the receptionist, but she ignores me & says that “I’m the only one complaining about the food”. Very disappointed with the service. I don’t recommend anyone going to this place.

Wow this food is amazing. Recommended this place by my hotel for true Jaffna cuisine. I had the crab curry lunch special which is two small crabs, 3 vegetable curries and rice. Full of flavour and good portion size. I thought it was great value for money. I also had mango juice as well, think they added sugar so would probably ask for it without next time! Highly recommend this place and will be back soon.

Super Authentic Taste of Jaffna

Enjoyed thoroughly the food ordered, this cozy restaurant definitely left an impression on all of us. JAC did provide an authentic Jaffna flavours to our meals. The portions are plentiful, the presentation delightful and the customer care from staff is so accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended.

Good authentic Northern Sri Lankan food. The place is also very clean and even comfortable during warm days. Definitely worth a visit while being in Jaffna.

The best restaurant in Jaffna. We ordered a variety of food, was satisfied with most of it. Puttu kotthu is a must try!

Yesterday we visited there for second time after 4 months, not impressed as first time. We ordered nasi and rice and curry (fish) and mutton piratul. Nothing is commendable for taste. Service is great as usual. Hope I can see some improvements for the next visit.

Oh my gosh. The food was insane. I was delighted with the food. The service also really quick, the atmosphere also very calm. I would recommend this place for foodies travel around jaffna. This is a must try place in Jaffna. The mutton dish, prawn dish is amazing. It’s finger licking good. Will come again soon️
