The room we stayed has amano sheets roof and getting hot in the day. A/C also does not work well.

We had the privilege of staying at Ahas Gawwa lately, and it was an amazing experience. We greeted by a friendly and welcoming atmosphere as soon as we came through the doors, and that feeling continued throughout our stay.

The staff is undoubtedly one of its greatest assets. Every member of the team, from the front desk to housekeeping, went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay. Their attention to detail and commitment to exceptional customer service truly made us feel like a valued guest. They have done a small decoration for my Birthday and that day was a memorable one with their exceptional service.

The accommodations were simply exquisite. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep.

Just 45 minutes away from Colombo. If you're seeking a serene escape with top-notch hospitality, this is the place to be. The ambiance is truly calming, providing a perfect setting for relaxation. The lush surroundings and peaceful atmosphere make it an ideal getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life.

The place is super nice and peaceful. The breakfast was great, rooms has a pleasant atmosphere but the mosquito net would help.

I visited a place in December 2023 and I want to share an incident that occurred during my stay to prevent it from happening to others. I had booked a room with FB basis and during check-in, we had a great dinner. The next day, we had breakfast and a staff member approached me, thinking that I had booked the room for HB instead of FB. I asked him to verify with the managers by calling them and I had all the call recordings on my phone to prove my point. After listening to the recordings, the staff member understood that the fault was on their side. He then made a call and discussed the situation with someone.

However, he came up with the solution.
1.we can stay in the restaurant area until lunchtime but we won't be able to access our rooms as they need to be cleaned for the next guest.
2.he can convert our booking from FB to HB.

I chose Solution 2 because I don't want to ruin another guest's day. Be aware of the situation when booking rooms to avoid ruining your stay. The staff is friendly but the management sucks.

We had an amazing time at Ahas Gawwa. The location was breathtaking, and being able to visit Ahas Gawwa felt like a miracle atop that mountain. I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional service and hospitality provided by the staff.

Nice hotel, not luxury but the view is amazing. People here are friendly, perfect for 2 nights getaway.

Ahas Gawwa is an absolute gem for those seeking privacy and stunning landscapes. The breathtaking sceneries create a serene ambiance that's hard to match. The attentive staff catered to our every need, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, the road to reach the hotel by car can be a bit challenging, so it's wise to navigate it carefully. Despite this, the experience and value for the price make it a worthwhile destination.

Came for a one night stay with my friends it was quite a remarkable place and the views were breathtaking. Very good staff they were and helpful and friendly as well but I loved the surrounding views most of all will come back soon for a stay
