Base Hospital Horana

I have very bad experience about the hospital. I don't recommend anyone to get treatment here.

A beautiful experience. 2023-07-21 That is today. Even when I put this post, I am embarrassed and embarrassed on a bench. I got a broken nose stick and a bruised eye. At 5.10 in the afternoon, I was admitted. Only the main security at the gate was treated properly and the trolley was brought in. It took 45 minutes to get the x-ray from the emergency department. When I posted this, it was 7: 31 a.m. From the time I came, I only had two panadol until now. There was no doctor to ask me why, where, and what happened. I asked a mail nurse because of the pain.

It is the best hospital I have seen.staff are commendable for their friendliness and promptness. Even when they are very tired, they are sensitive to the screams of a patient and act. Everyone at every level fulfills their duties to the letter. Thanks everyone.

Worst ever hospital 10 years ago and still the same. Please do not take the risk of admitting to this hospital (If you have the means to avoid)!

Then there is the Dialysis center, which has self-righteous Doctors (mainly the Head of the Center). He/she (Just wanted to be gender neutral, she might be either in my opinion) believes that he/she is far superior being by scolding to the elderly and giving false information to the patients. He/she consults the patients in a private channeling center and lectures the patients on trying to take free medication. Hypocrisy at its best. When you take money for a service, please do not abuse your patients, specially the elderly. Being kind won't cost you.

Government hospital that offer free medical care. The medical staff is compassionate, friendly, and committed to giving patients the finest care possible. The hospital offers accident and emergency care every day of the year, twenty-four hours a day.

Although it is a base hospital, patients caring is in a super level. I visited the hospital with a patient who is in emergency condition in midnight and the whole staff treated displaying their kindness and concern for the patient. Highly appreciate their service.

Hospital service is the ultimate ugly, unpleasant. The nurses on ward 10 do not know how to talk to patients. There is a woman called "SISTER" in ward 10, that woman is a crazy woman with a mental illness. Why treat people this way? Patients do not come to see the greatness of these women & Do these people work for free without pay? Very very poor service.

Can say best staff in this government hospital and they work very actively and friendly. Honestly Love this people and cheers to all those staff.

Provide very good health care to the people. This hospital provides accident and emergency care for twenty four hours a day through out the year. It has all major clinical specialities including paediatric, surgery, medicine and gynecology and obstetrics.
The medical nursing and other staff devoted to provide best care to the patients.
