Dialog Arcade Panadura

Today I went Panadura Dialog. I waited for a long time. But the customer care officer mr. Sirantha helped me to solve my problem. I really appreciate his service.and then I paid dialog tv bill. There was a girl there and she also gave very friendly service.thank you all.

Update: I have added below review 1yr ago. But I went there today really sad nothing has changed. Worst customer service. Worst Dialog branch that I have ever visited.

Rude customer service in Panadura branch. Other branches like, KCC Kandy, provide superb service.

These people in panadura branch doesn’t even know how to handle customers.

Long waited queue, slow service unprofessional staff. They’re not maintaining token system for queue. Even they are not prioritized disabled persons in queue. Very disappointed.

Long queue, token machine is not working. No one to address to the customers who are in queue and staff not even care as they are unable to handle the income of customers. Dialog loosing customers regardlessly

Worst Dialog service ever people want to wait hours. This the everyday scenario. Poor coordination and management by the manager. Customer care officer did the job well. Out of seven tables only 3 of them are occupying.

Wrost customer service and management.you have to wait for hours just to replace a sim card. I wish if I can give them 0 starts

I am from U. S. A and I went to dialog arcade panadura several days ago, The gentlemen who helped me was super cool, I suppose his name was Shaun. I wanted to purchase a new sim card for few days during my sri lankan journey. He gave me an excellent service. He's super friendly and he knows exactly what he was doing. So if anybody go there ask for his service. Thumbs up!

Worst place ever High Q Sucks place wait 2 hours also they do not care about the customers

Wost experience. So many customers waiting but only two counters working and other 4 counters closed and not enough seat for customers. I just come to take a new sim for old numbr and i waited like one and half hours.

Place to get all your service related matters resolved of Dialog mobile services at panadura.but need to be in queue though several workers at present.can buy new phones and their accessories too.

Couple of gentlemen in customer support desks were quite helpful and sorted out the router issues instantly when I visited there a couple of time. Token system did not work, but there wasn't a long queue though.
