5 Terrible Customer Service And Staff Did Not Have Any Idea About What They Were Doing And Were Completely Wasting Our Time!
Went to change the ownership of a SIM card that belongs to one of my family members to me and to switch from post-paid to pre-paid. Since the owner of the SIM card did not have a clear NIC because of its being damaged owner gave their Passport to the staff and asked the staff to change the ownership of the sim to me. Then they were talking with the other staff for a bit and they informed us that they cannot do the ownership change or the connection change using the Passport and they need the NIC.
So we completely accepted that and informed them that the NIC is damaged and asked them clearly is it a must to have the NIC in-order to do this if so we have to go-to Grama Niladhari's office and we have to apply to get a new NIC and it'll take very long time to get a new NIC.
Then the manager replied " you don't have to wait for NIC after you apply for the new NIC, Grama Niladhari (village officer) will provide you a signed piece of paper and you can use that to do the ownership change and the connection change"
Then we were little bit relieved and asked the manager twice that with this signed paper by Grama Niladhari we can actually do the ownership change and connection change, just to confirm it. And both times she replied "yes you can".
So a week later we applied for new NIC and got the signed piece of paper and went to this service centre, gave them the paper and asked them do do the ownership change and connection change. And they reply "we can't do it with this paper you must have a NIC". When we reminded them what the manager said last week, they were dead silent and denying the fact that the manager said that we can get this done by using the signed paper that Grama Nildhari gave us. At the end they wasted our time.
Worst staff, Terrible, do not know what they're doing just wondering around providing false information to the customers and wasting our valuable time.
Terrible customer service and they definitely should be replaced by better skilled people.
Communication with customers not good. Just do their jobs. Didn't help to customers. If the power cut while going to buy a router, until the power comes back to buy it. They don't even have a generator to use when there is a power cut. ඩයලොග් අනාගතය අදයි අම්මාගේ රෙද්ද
I am very happy with my dialog connection. When each time I want to play a game, Dialog give me the highest ping (slowest internet speed). So I am starting my studies again. One day I will become a success person because of my Dialog connection. Much love Fu%£ you As$ holes.
