Reception hall was really good. Great food and best quality. Friendly staff with most caring and suppotive narure. Very honest and pleasant people. Great natural environment outside. Overall service was excellent.

Be cautious when booking for a large crowd. We had 50+ pack’s including 4 children below 5 and 3 children below 12 years. When we did the booking, the owner said children below 12 are 100% free. However when making he payment after the event, they charged for all 7 children. When questioned, they had so many reasons to justify the same. Since we didn’t want to spoil our moment, we paid the full amount. However we were very disappointed the way things ended.

Also note, no towels are provided when using the pool.

The staff service was good.

This place have beautiful location to celebrate and the delicious menu as well. Our engagement was held at this place and perfectly got everything than we thought. Thanks so much for the service you guys gave through our occasion.

Last weekend, I visited this hotel with a group of friends, and the customer service left us highly disappointed. From the moment we arrived, the staff seemed uninterested in assisting us with anything.

To make matters worse, we had an encounter with the manager who was visibly drunk and could barely stand on his feet. He slurred his words and was highly unprofessional in his behavior. We were shocked to see such poor management in a reputable hotel.

Overall, our experience at the hotel was a nightmare. The poor customer service and the drunken manager created an unwelcoming atmosphere, leaving us regretting our decision to stay there.

Recommemded to any type of gatherings, and family visits. Kids pool too available inaddition to the main pool. Can be satisfied with the service level of the staffs too.

Yesterday I visited this hotel with few of my friends and I'm not recommended for any type of occasion even small parties. Very bad customer service worst food and took 2 hours of serving food. They don't even know what customer satisfaction is. Best part is the manager was drunk and highly unprofessional. Worst place ever.

Last week I went with my friends to have a session in this place. The people who serves us ara going around and didn't clean our table for about half and hour and also waiters ara asking cigarettes from us for several times. And when we are not giving them a cigarettes as a tip they getting late our order. Worst customer service ever. I Don't recommend this place for anyone who live in moratuwa.

Recently we had a very bad experience so i had to remove the 5 stars that I had given to them earlier. This is how they loose customers. I don't recommend anything here again for anyone. Overall portions are small and service is very bad and slow. The place is getting worse. One of my friends brought his JBL, so the waiter went mad and took the menu off the table and acted weird saying that it is not allowed to play. It wasn't even turned ON. Also asked to let them keep it. They could just ask not to play it politely if it was playing. Just for bringing? But we waited for about two hours and the waiter ghosted like a mad woman, hiding and ignoring. Didn't serve us. Imagine staying hungry for two hours? There was this manager guy who was drunk and called us putha in a high tone and saying not to make our voice higher. Not a polite discussion by the way. Drunk manager and a foolish impolite staff. None of my mates or their friends will be here. What goes around comes around!

Poor management. Management don’t know how to speak with a customer politely. They may refuse to give the service without informing the customer for various reasons. So many limitations. Not recommended.

The view along the river is more beautiful and relaxing than near the swimming pool. No corkage for As i know this is a budget place for all kind of functions. Meals are reasonably priced and tasty. They close kitchen at 10.00.p. M so order before ️

A good place for wedding, parties, office meetups and and have some chill with friends at the evening.

Also they have air conditioned conference room with digital screen which is suitable for arrange presentation with around 15 people.

Not a quality place for the functions. Lighting condition inside hall is poor. Smell is not good. Food is quite okey for the price i guess. Interior design and the facilities are not okey. For the price range therr are plenty of bettter places. But as a positive thing, thry have a beautiful backyard to spend the time.

One of the best river view hotel which has reasonnaable prices and delicious menus. An ideal place to spend your weekend with others!

Really good place to have a drink and swim at the same time. Even though I’m not an alcoholic used to love the place because of the freedom which has been given to the customer. Pool is not big, but good for small swim. Place is in Old Galle Road approximately 2km from moratuwa town.

Need to improve facilities. Lovely location.food quality average.reasonable rates.pool area super.staff friendly.overall satisfied.
