This hotel is a scam, the owner Ajith is a guy who owes a lot of people money to many people and will not give you what is shown in the photo, do not go there

The owner misrepresented the location of the property and directed us to a different property which was incomplete. The was most unhelpful to the point of being rude. I would recommend against staying at their resort.

Had a very bad experience back in Nov'18. What we booked online was not what was available at the property when we got there and the owner did nothing to rectify the situation. Suggest everyone stay clear of this place.

This place is completely misrepresented. We booked the Superior Villa that is claimed to include 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living rooms for 8 people. But the host claimed that we only booked one room and showed us a large room with three beds, one sofa bed (which was just a bench) and a large bathroom and just shrugged his shoulders when presented with the discrepancy. The photos online are also totally different from the actual villa, which is half finished and still under construction. The host’s explanation is that this Villa is his new place while the old one is still under construction. Overall, this place is very questionable in character. Would strongly recommend that folks stay away from this place.

Terrible experience! We booked a Superior Villa which online shows to have 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and 2 living rooms for 8 of us. Instead, when we got there, the host/ owner of the place had only one room for the 8 of us, saying that the booking was made that way. He didn’t seem to care at all. In addition to his indifference, the place in no way matches the pictures online. The ‘Superior Villa’ is just a very large room with 3 queen beds and a very large bathroom and kitchen. The living room was a mess with water leaking down the staircase and the place looked like it’s under construction. This place is deceptive and has many red flags. Please stay away.

We booked the “villa” property on Booking dotcom, which was supposed to accommodate 8 people with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. But the owner showed us a single room, with only three beds, and only one bathroom. One bathroom. For 8 people.

We swiftly called Booking dotcom and they rectified the situation by relocating us to a different property without penalty. The property owners attitude did not inspire confidence, and he had no intention of rectifying the mistake. He simply shrugged his shoulders and offered and extra room for 100 USD extra, final offer.

Not to mention that the building looked nothing like the one in the photos. Every photo about this place is obsolete since they have moved to a new building and location since. The new building is shabby, is poorly laid out, and basically resembles a construction site.
