Navro Beach Resort

We went there to use the pool and it was only 500 rupees per each for 2 hours. We had amazing experience during that 2 hours time.

Food is nice and worth for the price. Portion size also good considering the price we pay. Staff is friendly but order preparations takes little longer sometimes. Usually busy on weekends.

Went for Dinner. Several Managers there. But helpless. Cashier talking to customers with harsh words.

Used to be an average place with tasty food for reasonable price. Now, they've compromised the quality even though the price is increased. All the seafood served were either half cooked or not properly fried. No taste at all.

Cleanliness is very very poor and the unpleasant taste of its kottu is just disgusting. All over the chairs there is hair and I think it has not been cleaned for seemingly forever. Would never visit here again. That is absolutely disgusting!

Supereb location with good parking have taken few gatherings, great place great service and clean.

Very delicious food. Highly recommended for wedding and events.ideal place for corporate events.

The only good thing about this place is that it has access to the beach, everything else sucks.

Compact place, biggest drawback is there's no elevators, food in good shape, needs little more attention for general maintenance and specially cleanliness of wash rooms

Even though the foods provided had reasonable portion size for the money, the tastiness is just average. Staff is helpful. Little crowded during the lunch hours. If you get a table near to the end side, you'll get scenic view

We went for a family dinner. Place was crowded but spacious enough. There was a calypso band who goes around singing beautiful songs. We really enjoyed the dinner there. Food was delicious. I really like the tuna and vege salad. It was tasty. Food portions were large and adequate. Price is not that high.

Went in for dinner time, sat for 45 minutes. Not a single service staff cared to pay any attention. Went up to the concierge, complained, and still no service for another 15 minutes. Finally left after wasting an hour and not being served. Complained to the so called manager on the way out. Wonder how this sub standard business has survived this long. Absolutely horrible service. Would give zero stars if possible.

Highly not recommend this hotel for weddings as well as any functions. All the fairytales are before the advance payment done. They are cheating and telling lies. Management is very cunning.

Good atmosphere, large portions of food. Staff can be a little slow, but perhaps thats because there are so many customers here!

Navro Beach Resort is a very popular restaurant in the Panadura area. The food is very delicious and the price is also very reasonable. They are not using Ajinomoto for Kottu. Because of that kottu does not much taste like other restaurants. Recommend for anyone to eat there and spent time there with loved ones.

Great place.friendly staff and their food is also delicious. Can recommend for someone who is searching for a reception hall.

Worst place for Accommodation. They provide dirtiest rooms for wedded couples.
No provide essential amenities for the room.

Facilities need to be improved. The toilets in the ballroom are not clean enough. The rooms should be improved and cleaner.

Irresponsible people. Though I informed them that I would check out in the early morning, front office had not arranged to collect my identification document. Security denied to assist, those people never bothered of the delay caused by their negligence and politely asked me to wait from 05: 00 am to 11: 00 am to collect my ID. Security had no contact with any responsible person during dark hours. I don’t understand how they would handle an emergency case in the night time.
Room was not very tidy. Telephones out of order, had to walk to the front office to get arranged even water.
Finally it was not a pleasant place for me.
But they are running a good family restaurant in front of the hotel. Restaurant is good.
