Great cozy place on the beach. We dined several times, the fish is divine. The staff are nice and helpful and it was a pleasure to come back.

Everything is wonderful. Holiday, good food, good drink, Monik, the innkeeper, very friendly and helpful.

Very messy outside, instead of the owner and sons sitting around all day, everyday. Tidy the area up outside your bar. We were going to go in but everything just looks a mess. We looked at the menu, spoke to the owner, no prices on the menu for the drinks. So I joked do we have to pay tourist prices? Not very appealing at all. Never went in. Shame

Sehr köstliches Essen zu kleinen Preisen, sehr nettes Personal. Man kann sich kostenlos Sonnenliegen leihen und so gemütlich am Strand verweilen - es gibt auch eine Dusche und saubere eine Toilette (für Sri Lanka nicht selbstverständlich). Der Besitzer ist um das Wohl seiner Gäste sehr bemüht.
Dieses Restaurant kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen.

This place is full of beach boys and they try to rip you off.you cannot go with your family to this place because staff and beach boys around is only trying to make maximum out of you.don't waste your money look for a better place in the area.

The only good thing in this place is view.food was bad! Too salty.the waiter had smell of sweat.prices too higher for such place and food

Pretty setting on the beach. Unfortunately That Is where all positives end.
Firstly they are not clear on What cuisine are they serving.the sea food was really badly cooked

Good for foreigners, not for locals. Road to the restaurant is not that great. Seating is nice just in the beach though
Food prices okay, food is tasty as well. Not sure if the cooking is clean enough though

Mr. Monic, We had a great time here yesterday. Delicious Black pork curry, seafood lunch and fantastic Beach too. - Pannipitiya water board staff -
