22 I came to Plantation Villa for a holiday and I went out completely transformed. The place is beautiful and inspiring, all the staff was very friendly and commited. The yoga practices are suitable for everyone and focused in each individual.
The food is typical Srilankan food but not too exotic for a western taste and the ayurvedic treatments and massages was beyond everything that I've ever done.
I took specific medicines which was a blend of more than 80 plants that healed my digestive tract and restore my energies. I definetly recommend this place for healing purposes or just for moments of relief and regeneration.

Wonderful place and amazing people, went for yoga and meditation retreat and realised they have much more than that such as Ayurvedic treatments, massages, detox packages as well. I went initially for three days and went to Galle and I missed it so much that instead going to weligama I came back here again.
Made so many friends, everyone from amongst staff is super friendly and cooperative. They have solution to every problem.
Ayurvedic doctors at plantation villa are great.
They say home is where heart is and my heart is still at plantation villa.
