Beautiful house. A tiny hotel with 3 rooms. Amazing view of the city skyline. Beautiful and tidy rooms. Very nice service. A bit far from the center but easy to get there by tuktuk for a small fee.

Excellent value for money. Attentive staff and a delicious breakfast. Would thoroughly recommend.

Lovely bed and breakfast, huge spacious rooms, I had the queen room with the balcony overlooking the city! Amazing panoramic views from the balcony of the main lobby too where I often sat with a cup of tea in the day and also the evening to see the lights of Kandy at night. Loved to see the monkeys walking around too. I was warmly welcomed upon my arrival with a nice cup of tea. The staff were amazing, so kind and helpful, they really look after their guests and help to arrange various transport to wherever you need to go. The Sri Lankan hoppers at breakfast were also probably some of the best hoppers I’ve had in Sri Lanka and I’ve had a lot! Also their homemade pineapple jam is so good! Thank you so much, I would definitely recommend!

Only stayed for one night but the room was clean and the breakfast was amazing! Great views over Kandy too. Would stay again for longer!

Amazing B&B! Lalith is great at accommodating all your needs and makes the best breakfasts (we have had our fair share of local breakfasts already to compare)!
The room was impeccable and managed to see a great sunrise from our balcony.
You can also book tuktuk drivers at the B&B.

We had the most amazing time. Lalith is an absolute angel, he was so nice and attentive. He doesn’t speak much English but we managed to communicate with him and got all our questions answered. He is the reason I would come back here anytime. The place is also really nice and clean. Beds are the most comfortable, I wish I had such a bed at home. Breakfast was delicious. Lalith‘s home-made pineapple jam is amazing. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Totally loved the place. You will open your eyes with rays of sun rising from the mountain just outside your room.

Two people who reside in the property are extremly warm person. Their smiling face is so lovely to see. They try to keep up if you have any request. The way they serve you the breakfast will surely make your day.

Lalith was so attentive without being intrusive. We never needed to ask for anything. The rooms are beautiful, especially the rooms with a view across the valley and the lake to the hills and mountains beyond. We were recommended a driver, Mr Gamini, who took us to some beautiful places, bought us food to taste and didn't ask for much in return for a wonderful service. An all-round superb stay. I honestly couldn't recommend this stay highly enough.

Nice large rooms with a great view over Kandy and super friendly staff that really goes the extra mile for the guests. Can be bit loud at night due to the location close to the road.
