390 Villa Vista

It was a marvelous place to stay. The cool climate gives you all what you need a relaxing holiday. Thanks to its present Owner Mr. Suderman Perera who was generous and lavish is keeping and making our stay happy in every bit of it. I highly recommend the 390 Villa Vista

Excellent place enjoyed a lot, the owner was very good. The Rooms were nice and well maintained, there is a superb view from the balcony, there is a small swimming pool which is well maintained

Really bad customer care from the lady who answered the phone. Nice place but don't recommend for anyone.

We stayed in lots of places around Sri Lanka and this was definetly the pearl in the ocean. Far away from city rush and street noise. I loved that view especially from the Master bedroom, delicious breakfasts and our host was incredibly hospitable and kind to us.

Only minus was that we couldn’t stay a little bit longer.

Just wish some things in the place was designed for taller people eg stairway, shower, mirror in room.

I don’t recommend this place to anyone. The lady in the reception area is quite rude and she has really poor customer service skills. We wanted to book a room for a day for my mother and she had a really poor attitude and seemed like she is not willing to assist in any way. If you wish to get a good customer service I suggest you to find somewhere else.

We loved our stay here. Modern and well equipped rooms, friendly and helpful staff, nice pool, breathtaking views. A must in Kandy!

Superb hospitality! From the word go. Breakfast was good and i requested extra and they provided it too. Staff is top notch and always willing to go the extra for you. Recommending!

Best experience. The view from this place is spectacular. You won't get from anywhere else in Kandy. Any time in the year it looks stunning. We were offered the best room they had without any extra charges and the staff was very helpful. Very quiet place and you will really love that.

Two months ago we were sleeping at this villa.

Oh what a Great Stay we had, sadly we didn’t know before that this gem is hidden in Kandy, we would loved to stay longer! At arriving you are greeted by the gentleman and owner of the 390 Villa Vista, Nimal, you instantly feel home! The view is just great I think it is hard to find this view anywhere else in kandy! Once more thank you Nimal for hosting us and giving us the chance to experience this great moment in your Villa up above Kandy!

It is a very fabulous place to have a good relax with nature. You can enjoy perfect Sri Lankan dishes. Owner Mr. Nimal has done a great job in building up this amazing hotel. Mr. Prasantha the manager (together with Milinda and Rumesh) is always willing to do everything to make your stay comfortable. You would the real Sri Lankan hospitality there. All of them were very friendly. They don't serve alcohol but guests are allowed to bring their own bottle. You can use the pool at anytime. Rooms are very spacious. You get amazing views from the rooms and althroughout the hotel. We saw certain land marks. I guess they are Nelligala International Buddhist Centre and Ranawana temple. You will love this visit with no doubt. There's nothing to ask for more since everything is perfect at 390 villa vista
