We dropped into the office in the Fort railway station to ask for information about how to travel around Sri Lanka. Linton explained about travel by train and car. We walked out with a firm 17 day tour with car and driver to travel all over the country. Our driver Dewapriya reported at the agreed time. He was a thorough gentleman and very fluent in English. Over the next 18 days we had an amazing drive. Every morning he would promptly report at the agreed time. Many of our stays were suggested by him and they were excellent. He would suggest interesting places to visit even when they were a bit out of the way. The car was very well maintained and comfortable. The quote for the trip was clearly explained in the beginning and there were no additional demands. We extended the trip and it was left to us to decide the additional cost.
We had a great time in Sri Lanka thanks to Blue Haven Tours. I will recommend them for an honest and trouble free travel.

We spent 6 days with our driver Nalinda and we highly recommend him and the company. We didn`t think of having our own driver until we find the Blue heaven company and we cay say with no doubt that it made our lives way easier. Our initial idea was to move cities using uber etc, and only after booking Blue heaven we figured out it would have been way more complicated. We definitely did the right decision! Nalinda was extremely helpful, friendly, informative and his english was very good. We had a great time in Sri Lanka!

I initially booked a transfer from Colombo to Sigirya with Blue Haven, they were really reactive and proposed me a fair price. Our driver Nalinda, was really friendly and proposed us a lot of sites seeing along the way. As we have been very satisfied we extend 5 more days with him, and Nalinda has always been very ponctual, professional and showed us some nice places to eat:)

We booked our trip via Blue Haven one day before, and it worked out realy good. Our driver, his name is Sandamalimpgi, is a very good and experienced driver (so we were able to see all the main things in the area of sigiriya on time) Sandamalimpgi was also very helpful and gave us a little insight in the typical day of sri lankan people. He answered all our questions (no matter how naive they were) and was concerned that we had  wonderful days.

I had Raj as my driver and tourguide. He is the best guide I have ever had. He knows English very well and he might be one of the nicest people I have ever met. The tour was custom made for our wants and needs. At the same time as it was very easy and relaxing. He has all the knowledge you will need for Sri Lanka, and is happy to share it if you want. Not too pushy, not too reserved. Just perfect.

I recomand the Blue Haven, they give us a very very colorful program with our interest, and our driver, Rohan was very helpful, with good English, a lot of knowledge and he guide us everywhere we asked, help us with the booking of accommodations, with the food (because we are vegetarian) and he was absolutely flexible if we wanted to change the fixed plans.
I recomand them, I think our visit in Sri Linka would be so amazing without this! Absolutly five star!

He has a good English and deep knowledge about the sights around of any sorts. As we didn't have clear plans how we wanted to spent our holiday, we needed someone quite flexible. He is very easy going, he has very clear ideas how you can make the most of the days you have but he can slow down with the programmes if you want to take it easy a bit. He can find nice places to stay for good prices and he was always willing to adjust his ideas if we thought something differently. It was a beautiful holiday for us and I would like to thank you to him to help it to happen:)

I had Lalinda Wijelcoon as my driver. He was a thorough gentleman and a very safe driver. I had been hoodwinked by the Guest House owner who fixed the ride through Blue Haven Tours for me. However, Lalinda spoke directly to his boss and got matters sorted out very quickly.

Wir trafen Linton durch Zufall in Colombo an der Fort Colombo Railway Station (Tourist Office).
Er half uns unsere Zugtickets zu bekommen und bot uns eine Sightseeing Tour in Kandy mit privatem Fahrer zu sehr fairen Konditionen an. Die Tour war Klasse! Der Fahrer fuhr die vereinbarten Ziele an und man wurde nicht ständig dazu gedrängt etwas zu kaufen.
Daraufhin
kontaktieren wir Linton nochmals um mit Ihm weiter Touren auf der Insel zu arrangieren. Alles ist perfekt gelaufen. Vielen Dank

We just completed our 10 day tour with Dimuthu. It was incredible! We can’t speak highly enough of Mr. D. He showed us much more than we ever thought we would see. He showed us so many animals, temples, and historic sites, Dimuthu knew so much history and shared so much knowledge of Sri Lanka with us. From Negombo to Mirissa, Dambulla to Yala.he knew it all. He brought us to all the best restaurants and even bought us a white snapper for dinner in Arugam Bay and arranged for his friends restaurant to prepare it for us. It was delicious! We would highly recommend blue haven and Mr. D, as a driver and tour guide. He made our honeymoon that much more special. Thank you so much to Dimuthu, our brother. Jay and Britt Mang from Canada

If you are looking for a respected and honest tour guide Rohan from Blue Haven tour's is you're answer! A very safe driver with over 20 years experience in the tourist industry. Great experience with our driver Sugath! Lovely man. The blue haven accommodation and hospitality was perfect, and we had a great time driving around Sri Lanka with such a friendly and thoughtful driver.

Very good, would have been lost without our lovely driver, Sugath was our man, very safe driver, and that's something on Sri Lankan roads, he was a delight to travel with, and could not do enough to help, he is coming down to Galle to pick us up and take us to Negombo tomorrow, pleased we've got him again and a chance to say goodbye.
Don't try and drive on the roads here, unless you've been before, even then it's a leap into the unknown.

We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a Blue Haven representative at the ‘railway tourist information services’ at the Colombo Fort station. He blatantly lied to us and sold us on something we did not want which was completely overpriced. Avoid this company at all costs.

Rohan was an excellent tour guide and really added to the experience.

Sri Lanka needs a driver and a tour guide to make it worthwhile.
