28 Really good customer service, I Bought my Samsung Galaxy Z flip 5 from the KCC dialog branch this is the first time I purchased a phone while I was on vacation in Sri Lanka. Really good customer service my pre-ordered phone came so quickly and carefully handled my order. Also when I have a problem with my SIM, Customer care cares and fixes or gives a solution
: Just one time I went there to ask about my Pre-Ordered phone There was a guy small thin and short in his 20s, He said Gimme 5mins and this guy ignored us for more than 20mins Again we asked if there was any update regarding my order and still this guy no answer, at that time I got angry and came out, cause this guy was ignoring our case and leaving us. Very disappointing customer service from that guy! I hope Dialog Axiata LK will handle and train them on how to treat customers:), Others are really good, no words, just only this guy gave me a bad impression of the KCC dialog branch. Sorry but I have to express my opinion

I recently visited here to change my sim card and renew my signature. The entire process took only five minutes, and the staff was helpful. I appreciated the convenience of the location, and the overall experience was smooth and hassle-free.
Need to extend the closing time.
Since KCC is a Shopping mall let the customer people use to roam inside the mall. Only in Srilanka the Shopping mall management allows the brands to close their store at any time they want. The store timing should be the same as the mall operation timings.
Poor service. 19/01/2023 i was there for change my sim card to e sim. I was waiting around 10 min. She was on another call. She ignored me. She was rude. She talked to me in abrasive way
I had to change my dialog television decoder so i dicied come to dialog arcade at kandy city center super mall.well manegment about customers que and its automated and no lag.also staff is very friendly and speedy they doing their job verywell.
Easy access with the car park. Smooth service not been provided, officers were shouting from one counter to another.
Approximate waiting time during non rush hours is about 10 minutes. Didn't get the job done even though I was offered a good service.
The Dialog outlet at KCC has now re-opened its doors. It's more determined to uplift customer experience through greater convenience and the latest in technology. Good and friendly customer service. Bit crowded in weekends. You can buy your new connection or you can get solutions for your problems. Also youcan buy mobile phones too. But bit expensive.

Great service but security guard who was there a week or two ago was terrible.he was extremely rude to all customers and not helpful at all.some disciplinary measures should be taken against him.not the standard of employee you expect from Dialog

Response to customers queries is bad among sales representatives mobile device outlet. Teach them not to judge people by the way they dressed. Please make sure this won't happened any other customer.
