I have visited this HOTEL MAPURA for the first time. The hotel environment was awsome. And the food items were served with a decent manner and the food was delicious. The hotel staffs and the manager respond with manner. Highly recommended. Thnx for your service. Eagerly waiting for the next vaccination to spent there.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the food - each meal was a culinary delight, and the variety on offer was impressive. What's more, the prices were incredibly affordable, which was a pleasant surprise considering the high quality of both the accommodations and the dining options. Speaking of accommodations, the rooms were spotlessly clean and provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, I can't recommend this hotel enough for its outstanding food, friendly staff, affordability, and impeccable cleanliness. It truly made my stay unforgettable!

Yesterday ive had a very best day at hotel mapura. The welcome was outstanding. It was like that i have got blessing from sky. Fantabulous food view. Hats off to the chef who made the food for me. Still im feeling the taste of it. I wonder i would visit again and again. This is the expression from every customer who satisfied with each and everything. Overall best. Thank you guys

Very Poor Service & food is not worth for you pay. Rs 800/- cold Rice&Curry, severed to a plate, normal samba yellow rice, fish ambulthiyal very small pice and couple of curries. Has to goto cashier counter and request to get a serviet paper, same for the bill too. Rude staff.
Not recommended.

I had a best day. I went with my family and i enjoyed a lot. The food was excellent. Im an indian and i was surprised with indian dishes. Thanks a lot guys for the memories which took my moms rememberence. The service was so good. Even i had tea at 12 midnight i would recommend hotel mapura for family outing and chilling overall best. Don't go to this place if you want to have a tasty meal. The fried rice cost 1100 when other restaurants have it for 600/=. Price is okay at least if their doing justice for that and taste good. So many large carrot pieces and undercooked sausages on the rice and so much black pepper. It's sad there's no proper restaurant around this area for a good rice. Maybe the city restaurant in pilimathalawa has a good one with value for money and taste good as well. Greenpark was good too but they closed down. Not recommended!

Took more than hour to give the food, and rude to the customers.

The stay was great. The food was amazing and the Saturday dj night was so fun. I had a nice time dancing!

Not a good place. Food is too much overpriced. Taste and portion was okay. But no choices and not worthy the price we paid. Very unfair service charges for soft drinks. No customer service worth enough for the huge service charge. Need a lot of improvements as a restaurant.

An excellent place. If you plan on dying of food poisoning that is. The cooking oil is probably an expensive brand, manufactured during second world war. The chef obviously lacks basic culinary skills.

It's not good. We ordered sea food rice and they given plane rice with 3 battered prawns and 2 fish slices, 2 small carrot pieces. For Rs. 650.00

Need to Improve the food quality and the quantity of the potion.very little portion of rice was there even it's not enough for 5 year old kid.imaging a take away box, the rice was half of it. A peace of boiled egg. I have never seen a half of egg on a rice. I don't recommend to have take away food from here. My original rating is 1 star but, personally, I don't like to mark star rating less than 3.

A very good place to eat and enjoy with your kids but a littlebit of more cleanliness would be a good thing to do
