Prior appointment was made by me and it was busy even on a week day. Friendly staff and they did a satisfying job. Waiting area was superb, with a nescafe machine and a clean toilet. Overall they offer a good service.

Did an oil change service from here. The overall oil change was good, but they told that the battery was low on water and filled it up. Somehow they filled it over the level and the battery was overflowing for the next couple of weeks until I noticed and sucked out the excess battery water. It made a huge mess around the battery whilst corroding metal because of the sulphuric acid inside the battery.

Only let them do the service rather than other tasks which would eventually become a nightmare.

Have a good management set up in place. But sometimes the middle management employees can be bit lazy. Depending on the customer vehicle the service change instead of the priority for first come first serve.
