I am sorry to say. Your service is extremely pathetic to have. Very bad service.

Initially I asked from you a quotation for a Tshirt design from Single Jersey Material. But without even reading message, just tried to catch the business which is pathetic.

Do not make customers fool and take business. That is very bad and ugliest way to do business.

Then after making a deposit only you identified the requirement or you pretended that you understood the material then.

Not received any value for the 1000/= I paid. As your marketier (Sewwandi) told you will return 1000/= I was waiting waiting and waiting for two weeks.

1000/= is not a big amount. But your team needs to be professional and responsive for the customers.

As you are into marketing, be a professional marketing company with good ethics. Know your customers and know how to work with them ethically.

I don't know whether this is another way of making money by Kandurata Wrist Band. Anyway very pathetic to see.
