Great service! I was charged half of what other companies were trying to charge and my driver, Salinda was amazing! He went out of his way to make sure my wife and I were happy and comfortable. We were honestly sad to say goodbye to him when we traveled to the mountains by train. I definitely recommend this company if you need a driver in any areas of Sri Lanka! Thank you again!

Booked a day trip to Dambulla, Sigiriya and Minneriya for today. Good price and also told the cost of everything prior to leaving. It was a great experience as we were taken to many places along the way. Viewpoints, spice garden and gem museum on the way.
We didn't go to Minneriya as our driver said Honulu eco park was better and cheaper. We were a little bit disappointed as it cost us £55 when we were told it was going to be $15 each originally so we hadn't factored this cost in.
Sigiriya is definitely a place to visit!

I recently had the pleasure of going on a city tour, and I must say it was a genuinely nice and pleasant experience. From start to finish, the tour was filled with delightful surprises.

The tour guide was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly. They shared interesting facts and stories about the city that made the experience educational and engaging. It was evident that they were passionate about their job and the city itself.

Booked a Kandy sightseeing day tour with this company, the driver they sent Suresh was very kind and helpful. Got to see plenty of unique spots in and around the city as well as some local handicraft workshops to buy souvenirs! Suresh is such a pleasure to do the tour with that I asked for him to drive me to Sigriya the next day where we stopped at multiple spots like Matale Temple, center of Sri Lanka viewpoint as well as Dambulla Rock Temple. Would defiirely recommend this company and they provide the best rates!

We booked the taxi service from Colombo airport to our airbnb in kandy and the service has been superb ever since. So much so we cancelled our hire car and are now solely using Kandy City Tours and Taxi Service whenever we go anywhere as it still cheaper! We booked a tour with Kandy City Tours and Taxi Services, It was a very good tour with a wonderful guide. He took us to very spcial places in the kandy. Marcus has a very wide knowledge about kandy wich he was very happy to share with us. During our stay in kandy we had twice a problem with another tour operator, and Marcus solved it with his people to our satisfaction.

We had a change of plans so needed a taxi to the coast on a rather short notice. This company was fast to reply on WhatsApp, friendly, and quickly organized a car for us. The driver was on time and efficiently and safely got us to our destination (4+ hours away). Thanks!

We rented a scooter for two days in December 21. The machine was in good condition as well as the helmets.

Much more impressing was the flexibility of the guys since we had some extra wishes. So it was very easy to manage the pick up and the return at different places so it fitted perfectly into our schedule.

Also the communication was always on point, honest and efficient. All in all very helpful!

We were very happy with Kandy City Tour's and Taxi Service. We did their City Tour tour from Kandy to many places but missed out Temple of tooth replacing it later on in the tour with a visit to some important Hindu temples We were 1 hour late arriving at Kandy railway station because of a missed connection. I emailed the company to let them know of the delay. I was also able to whatsapp the driver who was meeting us as I had been given his phone number. The driver Mr Mayura was great. A safe pleasant driver who looked after us. We had a great tour.

Cheap Efficient Service
Booked a taxi between Kandy and Dambulla. The title of my review says it all, the taxi was early, friendly and safe driver, stopped for breaks and a very reasonable cost, I have no problem recommending this company.
