Best home stay in kandy.rooms are very clean.privacy is 100%. Owner is also very very friendly very kind aunty.worth every rupee you spend.couple and families must try.

First of all, I would like to thank Kumari from the bottom of my heart, I have rarely met such a nice and helpful person like her. I would also like to praise the great location of the accommodation and the price-performance ratio. The accommodation was larger than I thought and super clean. The location is on a hill, which offers a good retreat from the sometimes very busy city. You can be in the city straight away if you want but still have peace and quiet and can enjoy the wonderful view. All in all just perfect, I will definitely stop here every time I am in Sri Lanka, highly recommended. Thank you Kumari for the great time

We spent one night in Kandy fortress and Kumari was the kindest host. She prepared some lovely Sri Lankan dinner, made sure we were extra comfortable in our room and she made us breakfast as soon as we woke up. Thank you for being so kind Kumari, your Spanish friends loved spending time with you!

Hello dear people, we have been travelling in Asia for about 8 months and have been able to see many different places since then. We were often lucky with our accommodations, but of course there were one or two black sheep among them. Anyway, during our whole trip we have never seen such a nice and warm host as Kumari, the unbelievably warm owner of our accommodation. Kumari also speaks very good English and everything in the accommodation worked perfectly. The flat or the house is located 5-10 minutes from the city centre on a hill overlooking the beautiful surroundings. You can walk down the hill and then take the tuck tuck (best via Pick Me App) back up for between 250 lkr and 300 lkr ($0.80 - $0.95). The view from our terrace was absolutely worth it but as soon as you enter the rooftop you know you have arrived in a completely different magical and wonderful world. You can use the whole building, so we enjoyed the sunrise and sunset on the rooftop. If you go up early in the morning for sunrise you can see the shining moon on one side (it was full moon) and directly behind it the rising sun and you can overlook the whole beautiful landscape - absolutely fantastic. The accommodation was tip-top clean and even bigger and better than expected, Kumari treated us like family from the very beginning and we took her incredibly into our hearts. Of all the places/accommodations we stayed in during our 8 month trip, this is already our absolute favourite. If you are in Kandy and don't visit this place you are definitely missing out.

We felt instantly at home here with the big apartment, but also because of the wonderful owner & her amazing dogs.
Always smiling and willing to help, we really did bond with her along our 4 days in her home. She also speaks very well English.
We will miss them a lot!

Apartment is very spacious, clean, with hot shower and very good AC. She also provide what we need to have a cup of coffee and to eat take out in the room.
She also provide us many water bottles.

Location is on top of the hill, so it’s is very quiet and you have a nice view when driving up.
We walked a few time down to the city by 10 minutes walk and a bus to Kandy town, and got up with Pick me (around 300 rupees)

I think it is one of the nicest and best valued place to stay in upcountry. Very comfortable room, beds and bathroom is spacious. It is near to Kandy city (around 5-7 minutes by Took Took) Overall a very good place at a convenient location. Owner speak good English and very helpful. Great stay!

Nirangela's place gives you the real experience of Sri Lanka, surrounded by neighbours high up so you can see amazing views. Her hospitality is like no other she makes you feel like family. I witnessed her kindness to all her community and is willing to do anything to make you comfortable. I spent a month in Sri Lanka and my most joyful connection was with this lady. <3

This place is a superb place to enjoy a vacation or a business trip. Great value for the price with in city limits. You won’t find such a place for that price.

This place is owned by a lady. She is very polite and kind hearted. She's very caring, supportive, and she always checked on us and it helped us to feel like home.

The place is quite near to the Kandy town and so it's easy to roam in the city. It's highly safe and there are no any disturbances from the neighborhood. Very calm and safe surroundings. Though it is located in a little bit of mountain area, the access route to the location is also good.

The interior of the apartment is so clean and neat. Clean and spacious room with a resting area in front. Absolutely the apartment is spacious and luxury.

The foods & drinks the landlady provided were amazing. She asked earlier what we prefer to have for our meals & she prepared it. She supplied us every meal with a dessert. She had supplied us the best and very tasty meals during our stay. The landlady offers free and delicious breakfast all the time.

This place offers free wifi with good signals.
This is a best deal that you can find out within the kandy city limit.
