2It has been a pleasant stay at this resort. A serene place away from all the rush. When you step out into the balcony, you can feel the hill-country chill in your body and mind. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Especially Rajitha, who is the hotel manager was very professional in his approach to serving his customers. The only slight downsides I can think of are the less privacy to those who stay in the rooms near the dining area, and the space in the rooms. If not for that, this would have been a five-star rating.
The sky pavilion is one of the best stay I ever had. The view from the rooms is superb where we can see the surrounding mountains and valleys. Everything is very neat and clean all over with quality tasty food! Thank you for your excellent service and hospitality Mr. Rajitha Great job and keep it up! Recommend this hotel for all.
