Disappointing Customer Service Experience

I recently ordered food over the phone for delivery, and unfortunately, the overall experience left much to be desired. The main issue revolved around the poor quality of customer service provided by the phone operator.

From the outset, the operator's communication skills were lacking. The tone used was unprofessional, and it felt as though there was a lack of genuine interest in assisting customers. It's crucial for a service-oriented business to prioritize effective communication, especially when taking orders over the phone.

I encountered difficulties in getting clear information, and the overall experience was more frustrating than convenient. Improving the phone operators' communication skills should be a top priority to enhance customer satisfaction.

While the food itself may have met expectations, the subpar customer service significantly impacted the overall impression. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively to improve their customer service and create a more positive experience for future patrons.

Bad service. They treat different customers in different ways. Cancels orders after accepting several times although there are enough food items in their menu. However food is good.

We had a nasigurang sawan cost 5000/- totally disappointed.coz there had nothing but some colored rice along with some chicken piece.the curd sambol had only onion there is no curd

Had one of the worst experience here today. There portion is not enough for a child even, Just fried left over parts of chicken with some tiny microscopic pieces of eggs and a nasty tasting sause.
We all know that there is a crisis in this country. At the same time you increase prices or whatever please give a meal which is value for money. This is an insult.its not just the meal they ruin.its the vibe we have. A simple "Rice kade" would have been better

Very overpriced meals with extremely small portion. The mix special rice portion was about one third of a regular one person portion. Not happy about the meal due to small portion and very high unreasonable price. Not recommended.
