4They have a really bad customer service. Few days back I called to get their service and the one who was on the other side of the line argued with me without any reason. He's better be a shepherd than a driver.
The person who's answering the phone is so rude. Doesn't know how to talk to a customer. If you can bare someone's stupid attitude and pay for their services this might be the best place.
Less vehicles, just answering the phone.dont know how to give a service or speak to a customer.
I saw one of there vehicles which not maintain properly. Good for nothing. It's best for animal traspotation. Good luck,!
On a scale of 1-10, I would rate this company's service a 10! The very highest rating. The driver was very friendly, and took us to our hotel without incident. We appreciated it very much.
