7 DONT USE THIS cab Service - promised for somthing else and provides something else and the driver and the office both rips customer off big time
Meter readings and extra mileage amounts changes according to there Will.

Irresponsible and reckless driving. Meter reading is wrong and rude service. If you are thinking of using this can service, DON'T.
One of the worst car services I have used in my entire life.
Don't use their services. There meters are not showing the correct distance. There prices are higher than the other cab services and they are also adding the distance from their main building to the pick up point (In my trip they have added 19KM for that, I don't even know where is there headquarters)

The vehicles are calculated wrong meter reading. Example- Actual pass 1 km due to GPS Map & mark KM line in the road, but cab service meter reading mention up to 1.3 km. So It is bad situation in the New Derana Cabs service.
We are Identify this situation and after askes driver. He don't know about, and driver called New derana Company after they sayed deduct 20Km every 100km. But they don't say about this situation starting the trip.we are identify wrong calculate meter mention in the van.it is 30% every 100km. I think every cabs are work wrong meter. This is poor situation in the New Derana cabs service.
කිසිම වැඩක් නැති ජරාම ජරා cab service එකක්. උදේ 6.30ට එනවා කිව්ව වාහනේ උදේ 8.30 වෙනකම් වත් ආවේ නෑ. බොරු කිය කිය දැන් එනවා කිය කිය කෝල් කරා. ලග ඉන්නේ විනාඩියෙන් එනවා කියලා කෝල් කරලා අන්තිමේ පැය දෙකකට පස්සේ කියවනවා එන්න විදියක් නෑ වාහනේ accident වුනා කියලා. අවුරුදු දෙකට අඩු චූටි බබාලා දෙන්නෙක් තියාගෙන අපි පැය දෙකකට වඩා පාරේ හිටගෙන හිටියා. කිසිම වගකීමක් නැති ජරාම ජරා cab service එකක්. අපේ එක කෝල් එකකටවත් office එකෙන් ansewr කලේ නෑ. කිසිම කෙනෙක් අහුවෙන්නෙපා. අනික් එක මේ original දෙරණ cab service එක නෙවෙයි. රැවටෙන්නෙපා. එක වගේ නම් දාගත්තට හැමෝටම වැදගත් වැඩ කරන්න බෑ. මිනිස්සුන්ට බලු වැඩ කරන්නෙපා.
Useless.such a west of money. I asked them for 200km package but they gave me a price for one location.
