7Rooms are super clean bathrooms are super clean and staff is very friendly. I am giving 3 stars because bathroom door cannot be closed. And there is no towel hanger inside the bathroom. And bathroom window is tinted but anyone can see from the outside at night time. Best place for family hangout. We can get foods like fried rice. We have got fried rice with chicken. Portion is so good and large. Food prices are little bit higher than expected. There is a good view with the room we got with a balcony.
I visited the place for a night stay with my gf. It is a very calm and quiet place. What was most interesting is the scenery you can view from the balcony. Also the room comfortable and clean. But if you book through booking.com ask him about the fee. There is no additional charge but he claimed. However the host is a good fellow. Friendly gentleman. And also there is a problem with hot water.
Fairly good place to stay. Clean. The owners are very kind and helpful. Need few improvements also.

Stayed there for Viva examination in peradeniya teaching hospital, food was great and also n time! Nice place to study, and they provided transportation also during examination days, and it's not so far from the hospital, rooms were kept in good condition!
Was there over Christmas and the staff were excellent. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, albeit could use a little touching up. The common are was nice and spacious with new furniture and a small kitchenette. The stairs could be a little safe with an additional banister, but overall not too much of an issue. The views out of the balcony were divine. The food provided was tasty and cooked to order. We were even surprised with treats on Christmas morning on the house (below). Great place to visit, and with a little work could be incredible.
