Last weekend my family visited Kandy. Comparing city wheel drivers, pickme charges very reasonable. DON"T USE CITY WHEELS THEY CHARGED DOUBLED THAN PICKEME. Only problem sometime pickeme drivers doesn't accept our rides even though they are nearby.
Some pick me three wheel drivers refuse to accept card payments please prob into this illicit upper hand of your drivers?

My Aunty was cheated by pickme driver from Kandy to Matale.

Typical PickMe Drivers. This is after a pickme ride with my 2 kids today. This is the third complaint for this month. Drunk drivers, careless drivers and now this.

Reasonable number of drivers do not wear the mask or do not properly wear.
Before insisting the public to wear the mask (of course we have to and we will) get all your drivers to be properly masked.
So this review is regarding Pickme Food. Post-curfew/corona, I have been making several orders and have been a loyal customer to pick me since its operations in Kandy. I make a minimum of 2 orders every other day. However, lately I have had a few horrible experiences with the food quality and packaging/hygiene of the food.
Well, as the usual protocol, I ring the the restaurant and question them on their inability to deliver and ignorance in quality, and they say that any complaint must be lodged with pick me so they wont follow up as the order was made via pickme.
So I inform pickme about my issues, not just for one order, but for several repetitive cases. After making several complaints on several of my orders, I always get this one key set of words from pickme "Sir, We are only the mode of delivery and we cant take control of food quality and packaging issues, so we'll make sure the restaurant follows policies". And that's it?
So what happens to the customer that orders the food through your app, pays for it, and has a horrible experience with the food? And then gets kicked around between the restaurant and pickme, who are trying to avoid responsibility?
I would rather get my food delivered by the restaurant themselves, or collect it in person- (As most of my orders were from close vicinity to where I was located), this would have been assured of quality. But this is what I get for assuming PickMe will deliver it better in terms of quality?
Is this how you ADVERT yourself to begin with? Is this the service and professionalism you follow?
I finally wrote a lengthy email for them to follow up, or they are going to loose a customer. Seems like they've got enough.
I am now a happy Uber eats and taxi customer, and I am glad they take customer experience seriously, and to be honest, i've never really had issues.
