Senani Hotel

The hotel is a bit old, but the service is very good. However, our room was so noisy that we cannot recommend it. When the restaurant was cleaning up upstairs, we heard every chair being pushed.

We booked the place before hand for 8 people, but when we came the booked table was not vacant. We waited a long time for the table to be cleaned as no one attended to it. Staff was not enough at all and we had to go behind them several times to get attention. Service was awful. Food was expensive but no value for money. Tom yum was not a tom yum, only a large bawl of spicy gravy with a few tiny peices of prawns. Worthless. No value for money. Not recommended.

Excellent hotel. Their service is excellent. Having good view and also a pool. They are giving good service to make their clients happy. Specially Mr. Indika’s attention is wonderful. Recommending for everybody to stay there.

Hotel is located on the top of Kandy. Beautiful view! Our waiter Wicky was very kind and vegetarian food was delicious!

Me and my wife went there for brunch and the waiter who served us (Dilan or Gihan) was really nice to us.

Room had some loude noice from the Ac unit outside and not the Best cleaning. Also pool felt dirty, full of small insects

I feel very bad about their customer service. Because they not know how to educate a client. This experience very bad and it cost me lot of time. I not recommend their resturant for any of you.

It was really bad experience, the food was disgusting and not worth the price at all. If you’re looking for quality food, don’t go there.

The hotel is located at the top of a hill and the area is scenic. Location wise its good. The food served is average though they have a wide spread in the buffet menu. Rooms are well decorated. The room service is pretty tad slow. They need to improve their WiFi service as it doesn't reach all the rooms properly.
Getting public transport from here is behemoth task.

The food is great. Located facing the beautiful historical Kandy City and its Lake. A great location indeed.

Passable. We got good service from the staff. Location is not too hard to find. Although we didn't feel like we got good value for money. Rooms are clean and well kept. Pool is a bit disappointing. Generous dinner & breakfast buffet.

If you can get the same price try Amaara Sky (I dont have any affiliation whatsoever). We tried both and Amaara wins by a large margin.

Wonderful friendly staff. Very good breakfast buffet. Located in the hills, a little way from downtown. Art and sculpture store next door has beautiful items for sale.

This hotel was awesome! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was awesome! The pool was quite nice, but a little too cold. I loved the view from the balcony!
