Visited the place for a day out with my staff. Staff was very helpful and service was excellent. Food was delicious and place was very calm and nature friendly. Recommend for a stay or an outing.

During my stay, I found the attentiveness and support of the hotel manager remarkable. He was always available, ready to assist when I was late or needed help, going above and beyond to arrange transportation or fulfill any requirements. In a generous gesture, he offered us a taste of the local cuisine, serving us two complimentary dishes filled with local fruit, providing an authentic taste of the region.

The breakfast and location were truly unique. The ambiance was peaceful, making it an ideal destination for family couples. The opportunity to observe wild monkeys and listen to the beautiful bird songs added to the charm. A serene lake nearby, coupled with comfortable chairs for relaxation, made the setting outstanding.

In terms of improvements, I honestly couldn't point out anything that I didn't enjoy during my stay. The hospitality, location, and amenities were all top-notch. However, I did wish for an opportunity to use a boat or pedal boat on the back lake. Unfortunately, it was not deemed safe, which is understandable considering guest safety is paramount.

In summary, the stay was enriched with exceptional service, tranquil surroundings, and thoughtful amenities, including a toilet water spray, which catered well to the needs of Muslim guests.

As a guest, my family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at a resort in Digana Kandy, and I must say, it was a memorable experience. One of the most unique things that stood out was the lush greenery that surrounded the property. It was a breath of fresh air to be able to escape the city and be in the midst of nature. It was great to see that the hotel had preserved the big trees on the property, adding to the natural beauty and giving a feeling of being close to nature.

The room we stayed in was spacious and designed in Kandyan architecture, which added a traditional feel to the overall experience. The food served at the resort was also good, and the staff was attentive to our needs, making us feel right at home.

The pool was another highlight of the resort, and my kids loved it. It was well-maintained, and we spent hours enjoying the water and sun. Overall, the resort was a perfect family-friendly vacation spot, offering a combination of lush greenery, spacious rooms, good food, attentive staff, and an amazing pool.

In conclusion, if you are looking for a place to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy nature with your family, this resort in Digana Kandy is definitely worth considering. Our stay was pleasant, and we would highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Bad service for card offers. Mud smelly water in the bath room. Food was horrible. Served raw rice nasi goreng. Not tasty at all. Rooms are spacious and clean. Not worthy for money.

We were looking for a complete break for some pampered rest and relaxation, and found it! Calm, tranquil property that is well maintained with smiling, obliging staff. Comfortable rooms, traditionally decorated with wifi and a great shower! We didnt leave the property much (too chilled!) But did visit the Victoria Golf Club which is 5mins away for evening drinks. Highly recommend Serendip Signature hotel if you are looking for peace and quiet!

One of best place for a relax and calm stay. Very friendly staff with excellent guest service. Rooms, foods etc superb.had a great time there. Would love to visit there again. Management certainly need some strong marketing otherwise im sure lot of people are not aware.

Situated in a calm quiet surrounding. Popular among chinese travellers. Food was also mainly chinese oriented. If you want something spicy, You have to pre order. Facilities are good. Spotlessly clean bathrooms etc. Comfy beds. Reasonable pricing. Staff was helpful and attentive.

Beautifully landscaped Location, calm surrounding, friendly staff and great for the family. There are no lifts so access to rooms can be difficult for older travellers. Pool is relatively small but there is a baby pool. Food was good and rooms were comfortable and clean. Good for a relaxing holiday.

Newly renovated, stunning pool and rooms! Friendly staff, still new but willing to help. Spa and massage available. It is quite out of town but extremely peaceful and transport can be arranged by the hotel.
