Booked it for my wedding, and the outdoor location was magical and convenient. However, the bathroom wasn't as clean as we expected. The room service was good so was the location.

Good place very convenient. But they did not serve any food items. But you can find food cord near the outside hotel. Reasonable price

Had a two week stay at sky view. There wasn’t anything to complain about.
Rooms were moderate and had all the amenities needed. Staff is friendly and the management was supportive too.

I like that room no71. In 2018 i stayed this place for 28 days. Nice room. Iam so close to this room nice bed. Good bathroom. Kandy city is an Good place to see. I came here for Malayalam movie shooting. Name kayakulam kochunni, hero nivin pali. Good un forgetable experience. I like to go back.

It is one of the best hotels in Kandy. The owner of it is really generous and kind. The staff is absolutely superb. The food is up to the standard. It is close to the Sacred Temple of the tooth and is also in front of the Gateway College Kandy. This is a hotel that it is frequently reserved by celebrities and film stars.

Food sucks. Too much salt in the soup and the chiken was overcooked. The staff has no clue on how to serve and even the cutlery is cheap and hardly usable. Food was not replenished as it was finishing, rather they take a while to do that. The atmosphere is warm and the air-conditioning is not proper for the place. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

They have two hotels nearby and one is a budget hotel. I have only been in the budget one and The service is not that much good but as and average, can be satisfied. Some rooms are very clean and some are not. Front balcony rooms have nice view in the morning and overall this is a calm place. Less parking facility. Recommend only for transits. Not for weekend getaway.

Very bad place.no reception.no service.no responsible people.dinner is very poor.we took the dinner from outside.we even pay for the dinner. We advise you to never go to this hotel or your holiday will be ruined.

Really bad service. And really bad rooms. There is a fan but its not Working. So they have placed a table fan for the room but to plug it i had to take the wire all the way across the room. And because of that i could not open the door. And they gave us sheets which are really dirty and they had patchess. And dont want even talk abot the washroom. It’s a nightmare to go in there. And when i asked to shift me to another room they said they are fully booked but apparently the room next to mine was empty. Poor service and poor hotel. YOU SHOULD CLOSE THIS SH**

The sheets were not clean. The washroom didn't have locks and when you call the reception to ask them for assistance, 9/10 times they wouldn't pick up the phone.

Nice place to stay with family and with friends too but too far away from main road better to come with a transport facility

Sky view has three hotels in the same street.the one called 'Sky View Grand' is very good. The others are average.

If you value your life and possessions pay a little more and stay anywhere else. We had strange noises through the night, filthy bedsheets and pillows that gave us rashes, broken ac windows that could not be closed, disgusting bathrooms filled with hair and no hot water. Would not recommend even as possible accommodation for a dog. Don't belive the photos they were likely taken 10 years ago.
