Worst service experienced in my life and you guys don't even think to get a connection from SLT. 4 months ago I got a fiber connection and it took 5 days to active and now the fiber line breakdown due to bad weather and it has been 4 days. I logged more than 4 complaints and no one takes action about it.

SLT staff continuously call me.forcing me to upgrade my line to Fiber connection, stating that it will cost only Rs. 2000.00 and this amount can be settled leisurely. I regret for making my decision to change from Megaline to Fiber. DURING POWER FAILURE THE PHONE DOES NOT WORK. Anyone who wants to change to Fiber Connection, please think about this disadvantage.
