3Lovely calm place (Airbnb). Nice host made me a delicious breakfast when I asked (for a small fee). He also walked down to main Kandy town as the way down twists and turns a bit, so I was able to find my way back later. Lovely garden.
Great place to stay. Claire and the people she has helping her on site are incredibly helpful and friendly. The home is very charming and comfortable. It's only a short tuk tuk ride or a slightly longer walk to the city center, although the way back is uphill. Overall, we were very impressed and enjoyed our stay.
Very clean place, apart from the usual bugs and mosquitos (like everywhere in Sri Lanka). Shared bathroom. Has a hook over bed for hanging your own mosquito net. Great view, quiet, helpful and friendly owner who speaks a decent English. Can't beat the price, but be aware that getting to town by foot takes about 15 minutes.
