4Probably the worst breakfast we've had in Sri Lanka, good location and spacious rooms, annoying bathroom where you can see everything and quite dirty inside. Friendly owner.
Really nice hotel with very friendly owner. He can rent you his own bike or car with a driver. He can arange everything!
The only thing we missed was a hot water in bathroom. But in the end it doesn't really matter.

Very nice clean spacious nice clean room with ensuite bathroom, sound proof room, nice ac and awesome parking.
The room was good, but the staff was awful. I was in a situation where I needed a place to stay with my family and three kids at a decent place. We asked him and he said we could get a two bedroom suite with attached kitchen and a lounge room. But when we got out of the van he was trying to avoid us and sending us to another place saying he had other guests and he needed to make breakfast and this and that. However he let us stay but asked for prepayment, making me think that we were not good for the money.
I later found out at that we actually paid too much for the room as there was breakfast included for the price and it was for a whole day where we were only allowed to stay for 8 hours 23: 00 - 6: 30.
In the morning he would not even serve coffee for us, so my experience here was not good, but I accepted the circumstances because I needed a place for my kids to sleep.
