You really have to experience this breathtaking view over Kandy yourself – the apartment is wonderfully designed, with the glass front being our absolute highlight. Whether lounging on the sofas or the balcony, the allure of overlooking Kandy is truly addictive.

Moreover, the fully equipped kitchen, stocked with basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and sugar, adds a practical touch. Also, the bed and sheets were irresistibly comfortable really perfect for early nights of cozy sleeping.

Exciting news: there's now a brand new scooter available for rent in the apartment (8-9$/day), offering an additional convenient and fun way to explore the surroundings.

I stayed at Trouvaille for a few nights and it was a delightful stay. The views are amazing and you are immersed in nature. The apartment is very clean, bright and spacious, with a comfortable bed. The kitchen has everything you need. CCTV covers all angles of the building so you feel secure. The host and the team are lovely, kind and helpful. I would love to stay again in future.

We wish every Sri Lanka holidaymaker that they can stay in this heavenly place above Kandy. Absolutely fantastic panoramic views, well-equipped accommodation. There were several lounge/hanging chairs, fitness equipment, and there was even a telescope. A big highlight is the roof terrace! In the garden we couldn't help but be amazed by the amazing plants. Lovely accommodation!

Everything was great in the house. The owner is responsive and attentive. The rooms are clean and comfortable. You will find everything you need for life. This is the best accommodation I have seen in Sri Lanka.

Trouvaille is probably the best view in Kandy. It's the perfect place to relax in the morning before going on tours and exploring for the day. The hosts are incredibly attentive. Isuru was always respectful and responsive if we needed anything. Definitely check this spot out if you are staying in Kandy.

We absolutely loved our stay at Trouvaille! The entire home was beautiful on its own, but the views are what sets it apart. Even though it is a bit of a steep drive up to the home, we felt it was worth it given how serene the surroundings were.

The home was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with modern amenities like strong Wifi, a washer machine, and air conditioning. The host and his brother were also really helpful and responsive, bringing by a hair dryer when I realized that one was missing.

If you are looking for a peaceful location, book here! It is so so worth the tuk tuk rides!

This is the perfect place to see all the magic of Kandy. It has an incredible view over the city, a beautiful garden and is very comfortable and well maintained. The hosts and the staff are very responsive and it has all the amenities that you need. I really recommend it.

Trouvaille is a wonderful place located in Richmond hills. It has a truly mesmerizing view and the place is calm and tranquil. The hosts were extremely friendly and caring. It takes only 15-20 minutes to get to the Kandy town from Trouvaille. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary appliances and there was a BBQ grill too. Highly recommended.

Beautiful and comfortable place to stay in Kandy. The house has everything you need and there is a nearby Keels grocery store (15min by foot) and you can hire tuk tuk to get to Kandy center in 10 min

My wife and I stayed at Nuwan's villa for a month. We were lucky enough to be the first guests in this wonderful place. It is in a super scenic location at the top of a hill with fantastic views. The panoramic windows around the perimeter of the house allow you to enjoy this view around the clock. Especially in the morning when the clouds cover the sky and the house is above them, it's better than dreams️ Nuwan and his brothers are very hospitable and helpful people who made our stay as comfortable as possible. They are definitely the best hosts we have had in our entire stay. The house itself is quite large, clean and fully equipped with everything you might need for a long stay. At no time were we ever in a situation where we needed something and it wasn't there. As the house is situated on the top of a hill, there is always plenty of air and comfortably fresh, compared to the lowlands of the town itself. There is an excellent Keells supermarket not too far from the house where there is an abundance of quality tasty products. The centre of Kandy is quite easily reached by tuk-tuk in about 10 minutes. The house is brand new, but it is well maintained enough to feel comfortable. It is definitely a great place to spend time in Kandy and I am sure that once you have stayed in this house even for one day you won't want to leave the place at all!
