Uber Sri Lanka - Kandy Office

Not a single customer care number is working. I had a incident lately.i was paid for a food order and the delivery person put as i didn't pay the amount. So the i am getting alerts to pay for the order that i already paid in cash. What happen if someone paid by the card he will be charged twice for that matter then.

Bad experience with Kandy Uber

Some of Kandy Uber drivers are asking more money than the app is shown up.
Very unfair
It's better to take necessary action to avoid this

Bad experience with uber. There are not any relevant person for the responsibility. Think twist for taking this service from them

The taxis I contacted were not coming. I waited but see that they are not coming. So had to cancel and have to take other means of transport. The UBer taxi want to talk and ask where I wants to go. The destination was already in the app. So it seems they dont want short trips and looking for long trips with big fare. Only waste my time.

Very poor service.

Poor quality service I don't no why uber paying for them salary poor value. Kandy Branch staff should be change please.

On the 4th floor of the building only stairs available to reach 4th floor. No lift available, and customer service not as expected.
