Fairly OK. Worth for the price. Communications with customers should be improved and need to understand requirement of the customer as well. Easy access. Ample parking.

Access to all facilities from the Hotel from supermarket to health services.

Reasonably clean, but need more attention. Very noisy due to vehicular traffic especially the front rooms. It's quite disturbing in the night during rain as water falling on the balcony with loud noise.

One of best places to get a room in the area. Rooms are well maintained. Reasonably priced. Good service. AC, non AC rooms with the hot water option.

The rooms are stinking. Cocoroaches in the Air conditioner.
The supervisor doesn't know calculations.
Because of their Mistake in reservations they put me in a so called super luxury room (with Cocoroaches which I haven't booked) for 4 Hours and charged me the full amount.

There are available family rooms for rent with visiter hall and small kitchen. Looks nice and reasonable price.

Situated along side Kandy - Jaffna A9 highway. Safe/ clean/ spacious rooms with a kitchenette. Conveniently located close to the kilinochchi town. Considering the location, it is a decent place to rest after a long drive from anywhere.

Large room suitable for three. A pantry with a fridge and a sitting room are included. Facilities are fairly good.

Very large rooms. Typical south Indian influence. Moderate facilities. Hot water, and other requirements needs attention, as they are not up to the expected levels. Clean and tidy.

Lotus Cottage is a peaceful and calm place to stay with family and friends near by Kilinochchi town. Hotel staffs are really kind and treat the visitors very well. There is a huge parking also available so no need to worry about it. Facilities are 100% fulfilled but there is few little things to be fixed.

Wow, Nice, modern, clean, so much nicer than I expected. More like what you would find in the higher end hotels in Colombo. You're basically getting a one bedroom apartment. Great value for the money.

Great stay. No room service, but just ask for fresh towels, it leave your keys and they will clean the room. Pleasant staff and very roomy simple room with air-conditioning. No frills but all with a kettle and fridge what more do you need at the price.

Double room can be occupied by 3 people comfortably and the room comes with a living room and a kitchen. Rooms and bed linen are clean and the washroom has got water facility. So much worth the price you pay for.

Place and Rooms are New and Good. Owner Family Lives here, and They are helpful. But do not expect hotel/guesthouse treatment.they don;t serve food here, even its mentioned in the website and etc. But there is a very good restaurant (one and Only in that area), where you can order and eat good food.

My husband and I are from London, holidaying in the north of Sri Lanka and booked Lotus Cottage Guesthouse, Killinochchi. It is in a very convenient location in the town within walking distance to the railway station and public transport. We were amazed with the hospitality extended to us by the Manager and staff from the very first telephone call we made regarding the booking until the moment we left.
The furnished apartment was spotlessly clean. It had a large bedroom with an attached bath. It was furnished with a TV, dressing table, clothes rack, double and single bed and is even suitable for a small family. It also had a furnished private living and dining area with an attached kitchenette and includes a fridge, electric kettle and cutlery.
The Manager and staff were very friendly and helpful, briefing us on our sightseeing routes and making us feel at home.
We will definitely return back to this comfortable apartment on a future visit.
