Mankada Resort Giriulla

It says that it is a place to enjoy the food with family. We have asked the possibility of having the place for a dinner out on 2022/03/08. They agreed. We have gone to place today as planned. There was the pre planned power cut. They were not ready for that. We have waited nearly 40min in dark. No staff member came explaining the condition. Very poor attitude. I would not recommend the place to any one.

A local restaurant serves local meals and short eat snacks. Table service is available. Buffet service is also available for lunch and dinner. Cash is preferred. Parking is available. Staff is friendly and helpful. Not that expensive. Usually less crowded. There is no wheelchair accessible entrance.

Bought some plain hoppers and egg hoppers but the quality was not good. They have put the least amount of hopper mixture to make them and hoppers are thin as papers.

We stayed for evening tea during visit from Anuradhapura ansmd it was quite convenient right by the road and they had sufficient parking space too. Place has a good ambience and nice view and you can see greenery around the place. Staff was quite friendly and food was good and delicious and affordable.

Bad experience & Very poor customer service & bad buffet system, they are saying you have to take limited quantity of food from buffet after served & having meals, they forcefully charge double the buffet amount finally. I do not recommend to anyone to visit.

We had lunch here. The lunch was served buffet style and was 280 LKR per head. The food was tasty and looked clean. Unfortunately, no photoes.

Highly recommend for breakfast. They have a buffet with lot of variations inculding healthy foods

Amazing place for a breakfast stop. Every conceivable local food including, hoppers, Milk rice, String hoppers, hoppers and a range of health food and accompanying curries. All at a reasonable price. What's not to like?

Swimming pool condition is very bad. Too much of chlorine. Even though we made a complain, they didn't care it

We used to stop their for at least for a tea when ever we pass the place. Quality has been deteriorated a lot recently. Still one can enjoy a nice meal here.

Not a luxurious type resort. But it's ok for a get together of a mob of around 25 people. Spacious rooms with hot water. They don't provide bathroom items. Sri lankan foods, tasty foods. Preparing according to your choice. Spacious car park. Friendly staff

I visited this place for a gathering. It is situated in nice location. They have swimingpool, seperate gathering hall and parking lot. But architectural design of this place is really bad. Staff is slow and not much clean. Food is awful too.

Eat all you can! Less than 400rs per personal for all the things you can it, highly recommended

Good place to have your Buffet meals, short-time-break snack or Tea, Coffee.etc. Good parking area available. Washrooms available; but the cleanliness can be improved.
Large area for dine-in, 50+ person can be seated. Nice and Quiet environment, surrounding with little area of trees and plants.
You can surely relax after a busy road.
Had a shorteat and tea here. Average points for both.
