9Really disappointed about their service. I recently visit there for an oil treatment, they just apply oil on my scalp without applying them on my hair length. When they apply steam, the girl went outside had a chat about their trip to marabedda and I stayed there for 10 mins without getting anything done. When the girl is washing my hair she didn’t wash it properly and my scalp is too oily still. I’m writing this review on the next day and my hair still falls so badly because of their carelessness. Also the main thing is when booking an appointment they said that it is only 1500 but they asked me to pay 2500. Highly disappointed
Super service. I had a hair cut last week. Reasonable price. It cost me 1000 rupees only. Took only 1 hour for all work. No waiting. But make an appointment prior to visit this place.
One of the worst haircuts ever. Staff do not have the technical ability and sense to cut hair. Do not recommend this place to anyone.
Bad customer service! They don’t communicate with clients, they do whatever they think.
I went there for fixing my eyebrows and specifically asked from the lady to keep the thickness and volume of my eyebrows (I don’t want thin/ smaller eyebrows)
But at the end, i was really disappointed with the final results …
And i am not sure if they sterilize tools properly.

It is a very friendly place and the appointment for the haircut takes right on time without any hold. It is really good clean place for an haircut. You should try out.
Went for hair straightening with an appointment and i had to wait for 1.5 hours (EXTRA) since the girl who did my straightening went with another client who didnt even have an appointment in between my process. Zero professionalism, bad customer and hair straightening was so bad! She ruined my hair. So dont make appointments to this girl ' Vihangi'!
