Arika Villa

We booked the full villa for a family outing. Mr. Nishendra was very helpful along the process to make sure everything was planned out well before the visit.

The stay was peaceful. The staff were kind and attentive. The food, particularly the local cuisine, was excellent.

Enjoyed calm and quiet environment. Food was amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful.willing to visit again.

The stay we had their with my family is quite satisfactory.
The rooms are very clean and specially the bathrooms are very large and designed nicely with some modern architecture.
Foods are tasty but the portion is little small and that is the only problem we had.

Amazing place for a company getaway. We, Pan Ocenic International (Pvt) Ltd.staff had a wonderful stay at Arika villa. Customer service was beyond the expectation. Great hospitality, lovely environment, relaxing area and rooms were spacious, comfortable and all the necessary facilities were available. Food was also so good and delicious with many variants. Very beautiful place and in the evening they have arranged a BBQ party for us. Special thanks to Mr. Nishendra, General Manager for the friendly support and hospitality provided. Would recommend to anyone who's planning a company getaway.

The service at this unique villa/hotel was exceptional. The General Manager paid close attention all our needs and was particularly concerned with a medical problem I had and arranged for a fellow guest, a hospital consultant to treat me, which transformed my whole stay in Sri Lanka. From being immobile to climbing Lion Rock the next day due to the treatment the GM had organised and taking time to ensure that I was taking the medication as prescribed. The waiting staff were exceptional in their support at this time as was the reception manager who went out of her way to organise my medication. A special mention also for the food prepared by the chef especially on New Year's Eve which was among the best we experienced in three weeks in Sri Lanka.

Myself and some of my friends stayed there for a one night. There was another one guest only and it looked like whole premises is for us. The rooms are clean and spacious enough. Ambient is also nice close to a canal. I must stay hotel staff is very much friendly and they were able to provide us with everything we needed. Food is also great and tasty. I think it is better if they can have some more variations for lunch. I must stay it is worth the money you spent.

I’m sorry Nishandra and team for this late review. But better late than never. Thank you for reserving the entire villa for our family gathering, hosting us for two nights, and for providing the best service for money. Thanks for being extra nice to our toddlers - making them the food they want, arranging all sort of amenities our complex family requested! It was a nice, pleasant and memorable stay for us. Hope your chief of kitchen’s family and their newborn are safe! Pass our thanks to each and everyone of your staff, for their commitment and super service. Wish you guys all the best!

Unfortunately i couldn’t able to stay in this hotel but like thank the owner, he is a great person with good hospitality. The hotel was nice and surrounded with natural forest like environment.hope to stay next time

Beautiful small boutique type hotel. Large rooms with huge beds. Lovely very large bathrooms. Nice pool and small stream runs next to it. The food is just lovely!
Note: they have two gates and most often only one is used.

From the moment you enter the property you're in awe of the beauty and the interior of the location. We had the entire boutique hotel to ourselves and we just loved it. From the interior and the ambiance of the entire property was on point. The staff was so courteous and accommodating. The food was the highlight of our stay here, their Sri Lankan lunch was just so mouth wateringly good, every meal was surely made with love and care. Great location for a group of friends or family, with so much space to explore. Absolutely will return!

Very very nice people, the staff ist very helpful and service oriented. Rooms are large and tidy. If you are lucky as wer were you can see Giants squirrels, Monkeys and horn birds

I just went to look at the place and it looks good. Will visit during the next vacation for sure
