Very central location in a quiet street, wonderful new rooms with an amazing shower. Rooms are huge and even equipped with fridge. Kumari and her husband are so so sweet and welcoming. Breakfast was very generous and delicious

We stayed two nights with a child in this superb place.
Quietly set back from the main street, it nevertheless remains very close to all amenities.
The breakfast is generous, the room is clean, spacious, the bathroom is warm and large.
Our hosts will remain our best memory <3

This was probably the nicest surprise I’ve had in a hotel so far! I checked the reviews before so I expected it to be nice but I was still extremely surprised what this tiny, sweet, family run hotel had to offer for this incredibly good price. The room was extremely clean, and it was very comfortable and spacious, with an own little kitchen, bathroom and terrace. The family is extremely, extremely nice, very helpful and sweet! The breakfast was delicious and very rich rich! The lady helped us a lot with our plans for the day and she had some very valuable tips for us. During your stay you feel more like family than a foreign guest! Parking is possible!
Finally, it is definitely the best hotel regarding value for money I’ve seen in my life so far! Highly recommendable!

Extremely pleasant experience. One of the most neat and tidy hotels I’ve been to. Owners are also easy to work with and they are so friendly. Rooms are extremely clean! We had breakfast from the hotel and it was also really yummy! Great value for money! ️

Perfectly located house, easy accessible and in a quiet are in the middle of Dambulla. Rooms are clean and comfortable, we even had a fridge and some tea. Breakfast was delicious!

It was a pleasant stay at Dambulla Rock Arch Hotel. The family was so polite, friendly and helpful. They organised the Safari for us and packed lunch packages when we wanted to see the sunrise on Lions Rock. You can ask them whatever you want and they try to help you.

The room was quite big. We had air condition, a fridge and I was happy to have a mosquito net.

She wake up early to do our breakfast because we had to go.

The owner of the house made us feel very welcome. It's a nice cosy and quiet place to stay. The garden is also great. We felt really well there.

This is the best hospitality in the history of my travels!

We arrived at 5: 30 in the morning, when we check-in from 13: 00.the hosts met us in person, watered tea and gave us a temporary room so we could rest.at 11: 00 we were fed an extra breakfast, at 11: 30 we settled in our room and did not take a single extra dollar from us!

The room is spacious and clean, the owners are very soulful, the place and the garden are very beautiful! If you want to stay in Dambulla, you will not find a better place ️

Amazing! The owner is so lovely, the rooms are super clean with hot water, drinking water, first aid box, garden, simply all you need. Breakfast is very good!

Lovely property.comfortable beds.the hosts are an absolute delight.very very clean and you just can't beat the location. A 30 sec walk and you in the middle of the dambulla main Street.definitely recommend

We stayed two nights at the rock arch in a deluxe apartment with our own balcony. Especially food allergies were no problem with Amma and I enjoyed a wonderful breakfast with Curry and Rice and fresh fruit.

The best place to stay If you in dambulla. After staying at this accommodation I was so happy I made right choice. What a beautiful modern house with a lovely family looking after it. I was given a warm welcome and treated like family. Thanks to Mrs. Kumari and the family we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks a lot Mrs. Kumari & family.

Perfect place to stay! Room is very clean with air conditioner and mosquito net, bathroom also very clean with hot shower and clean towels, little kitchen to make coffee and tea, cold water bottles in the fridge, beautiful view from balcony, garden to relax. Its just perfect! Nice Breakfast and fantastic service. Its family business they treat me like friend and family Thank you very much!

Excellent experience. Great central location but away from the busy street, extremely friendly staff and spacious rooms with balcony (if you want to brave the mozzies). There was a sense of luxury in the rooms and great care taken for their guests. Tea on arrival and washing done - tick
