I thought the location was a little out for dambulla, but it didn't matter, Asela and his family made up for it, he was always available to drop me into town if I needed and pick me up. He drove us to Sigirya rock early in the morning and picked us up later. He organised a jeep Safari and showed us how to tour the ancient city without ripping us off, he never tried to overcharge us. In fact when the bill arrived, he didn't charge us for everything so we ended up tipping. He was perfect, polite, helpful and anything we asked was not an issue for him. His family were lovely and let us store things in the fridge and our little boy loved playing in the grounds. He helped us with onwards travel and was just beautiful. Thank you for giving us an easy, and memorable 3 days.

We had a fantastic time at this guest house with Asela and his family. They are extremely welcoming and helpful with transport and facilitating activities. You can easily tell they enjoy hosting
Travelling with a 4 year old can be difficult, but they made everything so easy. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

So lovely located bungalow with simple equipment, but very comfortable. Small tarras with view at green garden. So quiet. Very helpful and friendly the owner. Good breakfasts and dinners.

It was huge pleasure to stay in Asela's family lodge. Place is awesome, looks like middle of the jungle and have some wild animals in nights!
Breakfasts was created in their home and was really tasty.
Additionaly Asela is perfect guide, if will have time, ask him to show best places and safari!
