Hotel Sannasa

Situated in a calm place. The place and wedding hall are spacious. By the looks of it multiple ceremonies can be performed at once in the premise. The staff service is okay. The food is little bit spicy but I would say I liked it. I didn't experience any other issues like some reviews have mentioned. Overall recommended.

I’m not recommended this place. Food and that place environment is good. But that service actually 0%. Last week had my wedding. They don’t know how to serve. At least bright dressing room don’t have a light also. Before they told everything will arrange. But only talking. We requested evening tea. But they not arrange. We request milk rice cake. That also not arrange. Table service also not good. If you plan wedding in sannsa make sure all things. But I’m not recommended.

We had a gathering at this place recently and one of the most unfriendly places I’ve seen in this area. Staff was like ‘OK FOOD IS THERE JUST GO AND EAT IF YOU WANT’ ‍️
Served foods were not so appealing. Too much salt and spices as if we were eating for FOC. Few tables were set close to each other for the gathering. When people were sitting in one corner, they placed the plates on the other corner. We had to walk and grab the plates. Not sure if the staff is not educated or they were doing it purposefully. It is not at all recommended for gatherings at this place.

Food was salty and spicy.not good at all.service is very bad. Poor attitudes of staff.customer service is very poor.not recommended at all.

Highly recommand Sannasa to stay, dine and for functions! Delicious food and friendly service. Very clean premisses. Good luck mr kuruppu and team!

Went there for my cousin's wedding. Has good menu and beautiful garden area. Embedded to nature. A good hotel in dambulla area for events and functions

One of the best place to have a good functions in dambulla area. Tha newly renovated reception hall is vwry beautiful gor wedding functions. Food is good too.

If you planing to get your wedding in a nice location with a large hall and very tasty foods, this is it.

The new banquet hall is awesome. Photographers you may love colour of the ceiling which is totally white.

Nice place to have a event and has goof food menu. Personally I recommended this place co my wedding also got in this hotel. And it has open food shop also.

We had Lunch from the restaurant and it was very worth. Taste was okay when compared to other places around Dambulla.

Very disappointing we had a horrible experience at this place.they are more concern about keeping their hall clean than satisfaction of their guests.they didnt let us bring any food inside the hall people had to go outside each time they want to eat.manager was walking around the table trying to clean while the wedding was going on.if you are considering this place for a wedding please dont bother it'll be a waste of your money.

It is mainly Banquette and few cabana type room Hotel.ideal for events, functions and parties, a spacious hall well lit, and air conditioned hall.ample parking. A few cabanas and well laid out garden quite close to Dambulla town.

Very good hotel for the tourists. Their services are equal to the good restaurants in the country. We kind and efficient staff and I love to visit again without any hesitation. Recommended for everyone.

Room is spacious but the condition is quite degrading. Overall can't be really happy about the place.

Lunch is super. Special that fish curry. Sri Lankan foods. But better to change the water dispenser that is not minerals water. Otherwise all the things were superb.

Well managed large area with parking space. Good foods, indoor hall with AC and suitable for wedding with around 200 guests.
