I had the worst experience in this hotel. The staff was not at all professional. The rooms were really smelly and the A/Cs and the refrigerators were not working and we were stranded for almost 2 hours trying to change rooms. The staff were highly unprofessional. Finally we requested for a refund and decided to go to another hotel. Even to provide the refund they kept us waiting for almost 1 hour. Would never recommend this place to anyone, what you see in pictures is not what you get after going there. There are much better places with much better offers around the same area.

If anyone is looking to buy a property in Sigiriya, this property would be a really good investment, however, the rooms need to be upgraded and need to hire trained and professional staff.

But the main concern is the Security of the guests since no security guards deployed in the hotel. Entrance no guard though there is a guard room. One side open paddy field, back & other side just parapet walls. Hotel has to ensure Security & Safety to their guests.

Had a very relaxing time during the weekend. The rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities. Calm and relaxing environment with two outdoor swimming pools. For our stay all three meals were buffet. Although the buffet spread was not extravagant the food was tasty and there were enough varieties to satisfy everyone. Friendly staff. You can see both Sigiriya and Pidurangala rocks from the hotel and a short drive to both from the premises. Ideal location for a large group.

Saturday from lunch to Sunday breakfast was buffet, not enough varieties but still reasonable for the price.
Had excellent set menu plan for Sunday lunch, dinner and for the breakfast on Monday. This was our 5th visit.
Wifi was really poor this time compared to other visits (we haven’t ask someone to fix)
All the tv channels were not working on Sunday to Monday (we haven’t ask them to fix)
Service is excellent.

Location was easy to find, however far enough for you to feel that you are surrounded by nature, (can see the Sigiriya rock and ony 14 minutes drive to go there). Beautiful well kept garden with plenty of trees and bird life.
Ample space for parking at the front of the hotel.
2 clean inviting pools with towels and outdoor shower facilities.
Clean spacious rooms (Individual cabanas) with A large comfortable bed, AC, Fan, Tea making and other facilities. Room was cleaned every day. Smelling fresh.
Clean large bathroom with towels, toiletries including toothpaste and toothbrush, Big clean bath tub, open air (glass roof) shower, which provided plenty of lighting into the bathroom as well as keep you with bird songs outside.
Service was excellent from the time of checking in to the time of check out. Providing an amazing stay.a welcome drink was served at arrival.

Restaurant was in a class of its own.as the staff were very politeand eager to please the customer attitude throughout the day. The food was exceptional and was as good or even better than most 5 star hotels in the area and in Colombo.
Had a wonderful relaxing time. Hope to visit again for sure. Definitely recommend.

Lucky find on HSBC site. Very good rates for 2 interconnected doubles. Ala carte food but very good. Very pleasent staff. Accomadated EV charging via 13 amp square pin garden plug point. Secluded pool.

A/C was not working properly. Duble bad was arrange with two single mettres. Very pour room facility.

One of the worst hotels I've ever been in.

First, the Colombo reservation office personnel is extremely unprofessional, behaving like a government office clan, with no phone etiquette whatsoever. If owners have access to phone recordings, please listen to how they treat visitors if they are not qualified to manage a hospitality business.

The reception staff was somewhat OK, but there was no politeness, we were not served a welcome drink, the bell boy was decent, the reception staff didn't have the decency to tell that our room was ready until we inquired again, they were simply attending to their own business. When we checked out, no one came to help us with our luggage, despite my numerous requests for assistance; eventually, we checked out ourselves, even though there was no bellboy support to help us load our luggage at reception. Even at reception no bell boy support to load the baggage to car.

In comparison to other departments, the restaurant personnel are well-mannered; the cuisine is subpar, but they do their best. Most of the food was unlabeled, and the utensils and dishes were filthy.

Housekeeping is the worst; there is no civility at all; I asked a few packets of tea goods (creamer, tea bags, etc.) and they took it extremely personally; similarly, when I requested towels, they took it very personally, alleging that two out of three kept for us were filthy.

Even the bed linens were not up to grade. The bathroom was the worst, with wet walls, stains in the toilet, a broken flush, a water stain in the sink, and a toiletry tray that looked like it was from another century. There is no dustbin in the room, and there is no soap tray in the shower, so you must go back to the sink while in the shower to get the soap. There is no cleanliness.

Not at all recommended, excellent location but no management to maintain the level they advertise.

Had a wonderful time. Visited on 2 occasions. Got a great service both times. Nice location, worth the money, food is good can improve variety. Calm environment. Overall a great experience

Amazing Palce. Food is Good. You can see Sigiriya Rock from there. It is easy to go to Sigiriya from here. Room are decent. Have a Outdoor Pool. I recommend the Place.
