Perfect for everyone. Very quiet place and nice accommodation. Well maintained garden. Helpful staff. Highly recommended to anyone either genuine locals or foreigners.

Helpful, professional, and kind owner. He arranged everything and was even kind enough to drive us to the Golden Temple when the driver was unavailable. His recommendation about a safari booking last minute was also spot on. It was a great experience.

Since it's located at the back of the main road, it's dark at night, so it might not be suitable for women traveling alone.

The resort is in a secondary street immersed in the peace of nature but only 10 minutes walk from the main street (served by a bank, supermarket, restaurants, street food stands, tuc tuc etc.). Spacious and clean rooms and bathroom with air conditioning and bathroom fan. Extremely kind staff (we gave up breakfast but the owner provided us with boiled water for free every morning to make our coffee), if necessary for 3 dollars a kilo you can ask to do your laundry. Wi-Fi works perfectly. In the garden there are areas where you can eat/smoke/have a beer for the day.
Recommended for your stay in Dambulla (suitable for all types of tourists).

Very quiet and nice room, owner available to help and give information of any kind.
Bathroom to be redone, many ants and a frog that came out of the sink pipe, but he was there for the all pink bathroom, he was looking for his princess.

Cozy little place close to the temple cave. Nice view and greenery. No aircon. Complementarity soaps.

There were no lobby, we came at night and everywhere was dark no reception respond after sevral call. We didn't stay there. However the host was good person, better you come before darkness

Comfy beds, friendly host, literally backing out onto the forest. All that you can hear here are the peacocks and other wildlife.

The guy is welcoming and friendly and takes care of every detail of his property, that in fact looks tidy, clean and has a lovely garden. Internet worked really well, the room was airy, had a fridge and it only takes a little walk from the main road to reach it.

Amazing 5 star service. I was staying 2 nights and the bread of the breakfast was 2 times something different. You get a full plate of fruits and there will be enough of the one you like.

Room was clean and looks new, but he told me it was 15 years old great maintenance and the host is making sure you get everything you want from your stay. He makes sure you get the right busses helps you with transport local prices and like everything!

Their is to much good to say about this, and oh yeah amazing nature around this place.

Very good hotel. There is a nice area with flowers and trees. It's really quiet hotel with sounds of nature. Friendly staff will help you to solve your problem. There is a parking area. The location is ok. It's about 5-10 min walking to supermarket and pharmacy.

Amazing value for money and the service was astounding. We came here for three nights in an air conditioned room (recommended).
From the moment we arrived the manager was amazing, he made us feel so welcome, recommended and organised a safari tour, Sigiriya rock tuk tuk & ride to the temple all for a great price. They also have a super cute car that’s available for rent.
The breakfast was amazing a huge fruit plate with eggs & extras including tea or coffee for only a few dollars.

For foreign tourists this is by far the best value comfortable place to stay in town.

Great value for money. A quiet charming property with extremely clean and well maintained rooms. The best part of the stay was the service. Mr Weerakoon the manager was very kind and accomodating, and attended to our every need. Also had taken all neccessary precautions to guard against Covid. We booked at the last minute after a shoot, and Mr Weerakoon sorted everything out for us. Great experience.

Overall my experience was good!
The main road if about 8-10 minutes of walk
However once you reach the main road - chargrill and pizza hut was near to this place.

Nice & clean rooms. Host helped a lot with tuk tuk and organizing safari. Superb breakfast. Can really recommend.
