One of the best places in central Sri Lanka! Good cocktails and food! The only place for dancing and swimming!

Very nice atmosphere, good cocktails and beer. Food was not great. They explained they didn't have a lot of ingredients atm and were understaffed. They were very honest about it and offered free complimentary hoppers. Staff was really friendly!

The room is very large but as with all facilities visited in Sri Lanka it lacks maintenance. The furniture was ruined, the shower handle was broken like the one on the window in the bathroom, the safe was disconnected and not walled up. The normal breakfast on the first day was reduced and we didn't understand why, perhaps because we were the only ones. The swimming pool is very beautiful and comfortable, with a very characteristic swim-up bar. Here too, various things would need to be fixed, such as the electrical cables under the bar counter which are a little too close to the water and the ruined deckchair cushions

Location near the temple within walking distance. Clean room with hot shower. A bit like all structures it would need maintenance to be worth what you pay (fix shower handle, touch ups for broken furniture and window).
Pool bar convenient for relaxing after a day of excursions.
Breakfast not so abundant to review (especially because one day it was poor and the next normal only because other guests had arrived)

Right by the Cave temple, rooms arw quite clean.food and beverages are fine.beer is over charges ×3.
Rest need to be improved. And not cheap we paid 50$ BB. Quite high for a 4star there in off season.

This has been the most expensive hotel I have paid in Sri Lanka and it has also been the most disappointing.
The staff employed is wonderful, I can't say anything bad about it.
The breakfast was very good and generous.
But the facilities are in a sorry state. Unkept, dirty, etc.
Dirty pool all day. The gardens completely neglected, the room did not work the TV or the Internet. And the hot water did not work either (I was only lucky on 1 occasion).

The restaurant is correct and little else.
I paid much more than what I put in booking because in the price they omit taxes, the tourist tax, etc. So be careful because it is more expensive than in any other part of the country.

My dining and drinking experience at the restaurant was disappointing. The food was bland, and the portions were tiny for the price. I wouldn't recommend it to others looking for a satisfying meal.

We arrived earlier than our original check in time. We were greeted with a warm welcome from Sidhu who was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.
We took a trip so Sigrya and then a Safari, our tour guide Thilina was brilliant he was so knowledgeable and had a great eye and patience showing us everything. The only experience was nothing short of amazing.
We finished our evening with some delicious cocktails made with fresh ingredients thanks to Lacsceian.
The next morning we had a delicious breakfast, all the food was so fresh.
AK was very helpful taking us to the post office helping us post our postcards and taking us to the supermarket.
After this we had to catch a bus to Kandy, Madushani was so kind waiting at the bus stop and supported us with catching the correct one.
I could not fault the stay, pool, bar, food, staff and location were all fantastic.
And the lovely Bruno made the stay even better.

Stayed during my recent cycling trip in Sri Lanka. Great room and beautiful surroundings. Local food available within walking distance. Very helpful staff.

Waste of Money, they charge triple the price, No Shower, No TV, No Wi-Fi service not good, food not good please avoid this resort

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und die Cocktails von Lacsceian waren wahnsinnig gut! Namentlich erwähnen möchte ich auch den freundlichen Herrn Tatu.

Ich habe eine Tagestour mit Siddu zu den verschiedensten Attraktionen (u. A.eine Safari gemacht und es war jeden Cent mehr als wert!) Er hat mich so sehr in diesem Land ankommen lassen, mir sogar teilweise eine Kokosnuss spendiert und alles ermöglicht was ich wollte! Vielen Dank dafür.

Auch wenn ich allein im Hotel war, hat mir das Personal ein Gefühl von Geborgenheit gegeben und ich würde es jedem empfehlen, wenn ihr in dieser Ecke Sri Lankas seid.

Auch das Essen war sehr sehr gut!

We just were there for lunch. The food is nothing special. Staff was nice, but they wanted to have an extra "tax" (20 %, additionally to the service charge). We paided it, but were really dissapointed. Of course we understand the situation in Sri Lanka, but it's not necessary to scam people. Next time, please ask for a generous tip!

The pool and bar with the service of this place is amazing, not only they give the opportunity to use the pool and the pool bar but also in such heat of Sri Lanka they provide with amazing class dinner and take care of their guests.

Dirty room, shower not well maintained, TV not working, no Internet, no coffee, no batteries for remote control, seems that owner not polite as we left the hotel and he did not waive the full cost of the reservation, even after sending the messages he refused to refund us. Swimming pool dirty, tiles broken, no staff only 4 people as much I see.
Mosquitos everywhere even inside the building and room, and did not stay at all, I run away!

Fantastic place for a late night drink and a meal. The staff are so nice and helpful! I will definitely be coming here again to use the pool bar

Stopped here for breakfast - food was good and there was a lot of it (set menu including fruit, toast w/ jam and butter, eggs, fried potatoes, and pancakes!) but the service took a really long time - basically a full hour. Cost for this set menu was 2550 LKR as of May 2,2022. We loved the cute boxer and rottweiler puppies too!

Staffing and the manager Damien are amazing!
Lots of activities with convenient logistic. Great cocktails, only good vibes and kindness in sundaras!

We had a really nice time here and got amazing Cocktails. We also tried the restaurant. The grilled chicken was extraordinary. The staff is nice and will help you with everything.

Very nice place, feels like in little jungle. We really enjoyed pool bar, they do amazing cocktails from fresh fruits and staff is super friendly. Stayed on the 5th floor with gorgeous view and room was great, with everything you need.
They do offer tours, we did Sunrise and Safari trip, we enjoyed a lot, driver did a great job.
I would definitely recommend to stay here.
