7 The management and service was exceptionally good for Sri Lankan standards. Kudos to the manager.
The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable and stain-free, the air conditioning works perfectly. Bathroom was equipped with hot and cold water.
The hotel is on the main street, but the windows are well insulated so you can hardly hear any noise from outside. The terrace or balcony is sunny and large and equipped with loungers. I will gladly come again!

You can tell that this place used to be a luxury hotel but the management shifted over. Now theres only a couple people running it at any given time and facilities that need to be updated. It is probably the best budge AC rooms in Mirissa but you'll have to make a couple first world sacrifices. The service is really friendly and helpful and clean the rooms well. Make sure to tip these guys.
Good location and with a very friendly staff. Refurbishment need to be done with the current torn out state.
Place bins in each room in addition to the wash rooms, we faced an AC problem with two rooms and was fixed with the third which is a must need with the heat wave. Overall enjoyed the stay
Rooms look just okay. The best thing is that it is just in font of the beach and shacks.
