Amazing small family-run hotel with awesome private beach and small restaurant in lush-green shadows. It is just 5 minutes walking distance from Polhena beach where we swam with turtles and snorkelled. The owner of the place Sara cooks amazing Sri Lankan home-made food. Our room had pretty good amenities. We liked it all.
We were staying almost a week in blue coral and had a wonderful time!
The bungalows are next to the beach, ideal for a morning swim, they have the BEST KOTTU I ate so far (also the seafood noodles are highly recommendable), and the hosts are lovely and eager to help with anything they can.

Loveliest place, best food, nicest family and great cost! If you’re looking for a beachside restaurant with authentic Sri Lankan cooking and a lovely atmosphere, go to this beautiful little restaurant and have rice and curry and watch sea turtles pop their heads out of the sea while you eat!
We had the most amazing food here! The rice and curry was one of the best we had in Sri Lanka. The owners are so kind and friendly, and really can’t do enough for you. If you want to try some amazing authentic Sri Lankan food, I highly recommend this hidden gem by the beach!

One of the best rice and curries we have had in Sri Lanka and we have been here for 1 month! So tasty. The family are super lovely and the atmosphere is very chilled - right on the beach. Would also recommend the kothtu.
A group of us went to dinner here and it was amazing. We had the rice and curry and vegetable kottu. The rice and curry came with 5 different curries, all of which were absolutely delicious. The kottu was the best I have had yet. Would highly recommend.
