Quality place with quality service. Love this place among all others in this area.

Ishan is very helpful and nice person. This place is good for rest and chill. Also this place have generator. Perfect choice if you want work from home. My score is 10/10.

Ishan was a great host and helped with everything. He brought WiFi antenna and installed water filter when he noticed that we drink a lot of bottled water.

Very nice stay. I had a nice and quiet stay. The host Ishan is a fixer, he helps you out if you need anything. Just ask him. Good standard, nice with the fridge in the room. AC, fan and a kitchen to make what ever you want. Or ask Ishan he will arrange food.

We stayed at this place in April 2019. The rooms (including bathroom) were clean. They cleaned the room for free when we asked.
The kitchen is downstairs. It’s has everything necessary for simple cooking. But when you cook it gets very hot inside. There’s a fan, but you can’t use it when you cook on the stove.
The mosque is quiet far, but still you can hear chanting.
The owner is very positive and helpful. He provided us with a good scooter for rent for reasonable price.

During our stay there was only one glass for all guests of the entire place. So, we basically shared one glass: (

The owner walks around shirtless on a regular basis.not just in the traditional outfit (if that's an excuse). Same in short pants and no shirt.even if there are guests on the premises.

The water he provides for the guests in a water dispenser (water tank 20 liters), he and/or his staff refills it with regular tap water. In a country like this.that's a big "DON'T DO EVER"

The electric configuration of the place is a bit weird.we had power failures very often, even if the neighbors had no problem with electricity what so ever.
During power failure you can't really leave or get into the property.because there is an electric gate.so, you're locked in or locked out during power failures: (

The staff used the kitchen sponge (used to clean dishes in the kitchen) to clean the guest rooms and the guest bathrooms

There wasn't a tv (flat screen tv) in the room.even if it was mentioned in the list of available amenities.
Same with BBQ area.no BBQ area outside or anywhere.but listed to the property? !
same with the following list (listed as available amenities)
- No outdoor furniture
- No microwave
- No oven
- No dishwasher (when I told him about the missing dishwasher, he pointed to the kitchen sink. I said to him. "kitchen sink is no dishwasher")

There is an old car seat (double seat) downstairs, you can sit on.or rather not!?

Stairs to the upper floor are without banister.very unsafe.
The very same stairs get very slippery when it's wet/raining.again, very unsafe.

Kitchen was never clean.even if the staff is there on a daily basis to "clean" it.

I paid him on the first day.but had to wait for the receipt and change for a long time.in fact. 1 day after checkout/departure.he finally gave me my change and receipt.because I simply hold on to the room keys.and I told him.if he won't give me my change and receipt.he wouldn't get the room keys back (that worked).
Thanks to me/us.another guest got his receipt on the same day too:) (he waited for that for a long time too).

The attached photo shows the staff filling up the water tank for the water dispenser with tap water! (It's just a matter of time until somebody gets really sick of it.or maybe they get sick and they have no idea where it comes from.)
