Eco Villa - Sinharaja

Comfy room. Delicious food. Very friendly and welcoming host. We had an excellent birding trip in the forest with Achi the guide. Really great and included breakfast and an amazing lunch. We saw fantastic birds and wildlife. I recommend

We had a really nice tour with Bandula! He explained to us a lot in terms of plants and animals and even some interesting insights of the local life.

The cost of stay is worthwhile for low-key travellers, having some decent amount of accommodation inside the room. If you are an outdoor person this stay isn't the ideal place. As this villa located behind the owners house there's likely to have a drawback to your freedom by owner. Foreigners, you'll be safe and sound but for locals they could get mishaps by the owner. He's guy who sips an alchohol after every tour and end up getting high which becomes an aggravate to guests especially to (LOCALS). So watch yourselves and keep distance with him as you're the guest and he's the owner. Except that its a great place.

Everything was quite ok but the acts of the owner was miserable he used to get drunk at night and then tries to manipulate guests by knocking their doors and reminding some desperate rules and regulations. This is really annoying and violating the basic human rights.

Will never send you there.and for so many reasons.still trying to get over the experience.

Too much noisy by other guests and couldnt have good sleep. If a person wants peace and calm environment this is not the place. Wifi not provided. No toilet papers. No soap in wash room. Breakfast good. Locstion covenient. Photos shown are not real and misleading

Friendly and flexible staff. They arrange everything as per our requirements. Very close to Deniyaya town. Also the charges are very reasonable for the stay.

Little hard to reach from a car. But the hussle of driving narrow road disapears when you go there. Nice friedly staff with extreamly beautiful views.

It's located in middle of deniyaya town, very noisy area no beauty at all, the rooms are smelly and the photos shown in the Internet are misguiding not recommend to anyone who loves to stay calm and quiet. This place is not in line with eco concept.

Best place to stay in deniyaya when u are hoping to travel sinharaja, kurulugala, gongala or any other sightings near deniyaya since very frindly service provided by the eco villa team and guide us to the sigtings and gave memorable experience.

Service, food, acomadation, forest guidance, people, perfect.very close to public transport and Deniyaya town. I love them and the place.
