Great location, very close to Polhena beach. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Amazing service by the owner. Definitely worth for what you pay.

Improvement: The pool needs a bit of cleaning and care.

Great hotel, good experience. Very good location. The area is quiet and cozy, far from the hustle, at the same time within walking distance of main beach. Amazing staff! Everyone is very friendly.

Not worth the price. It's not close to the main road, so the location isn't easy to reach. The room was big and had AC.the bed was comfortable. But the sheets and pillows and towels were not clean and fresh. And the bathroom was also dirty. Didn't provide any toiletries or water bottles. And the guys who run the place look rowdy and not presentable. They don't seem to care much about customer service.

My family was at the hotel for 2 nights from June 5 to 7 and enjoyed the stay. Everything was perfect. Had a good time

The place is nice. But the service and the staff are really terrible. It seems, that the staff aren't concerned about business, but only seeks their freedom. The management should know and care about the situation and make things right, as this affects only their business and it will hurt their reputation.

I visited this hotel after 7 years. Value for money. Most important fact is the location, just have to cross the road to enjoy the view of indian ocean. Ideal location to go polhena beach.some facts to be upgraded, basic facts. Pool to be clean than this. Anyway value for money.staff is helpful

Giving this rating is me being generous. I have never experienced such a bad stay ever in my life. And I hope no one else would experience it too.

LOCATION: -
First of all, the location of the hotel is nice. It’s next to the beautiful Indian Ocean with a 2 minute walk away from the famous Polhana beach. The initial property of the hotel is nice with a not so bad entrance as well. However, this does not compare to the devastation, me and my family experienced at the hotel.

STAFF: -
The staff here are RUBBISH! NO RESPECT, AND VERY SELFISH! The hotel put 2 crazy young boys to look after the whole hotel! The boys will get drunk at night and leave the hotel at 10pm with no one to look after the place, which meant that there was no security at all at night. “If something happens it’s you problem! ” They would say. They didn’t even provide the our driver a room to stay in, and when we’re leaving they charged us 2000 rupees for apparently “Giving our driver a room”. Instead of giving the money we ask to see there manager and then give the money to him. But they wanted the money for themselves, so they walked away.

ROOM: -
The rooms at first look nice but it’s not as nice as it looks. The hotel did not provide us with any essentials. Such as toilet paper, soaps, A/C remote controller. Etc.we ask them why and they said they only provide it to “guests” we told them that we are guests, and they said no your not, just because of our skin colour and name they believed that we were a local, when we actually from the UK. The toilets in the room are disgusting and don’t flush properly. OUR OWN ROOM HAD POO IN THE TOILET!
And there were mosquitoes and ants everywhere! Our family in the other room were expiring the same thing as us and they even had broken windows in there room.

ENTERTAINMENT & FOOD: -
In the hotel they do have a nice warm pool with the same depth. However, sometimes the pool is not clean and can have a lot of algae, plants and bacteria in it. The same goes for the food. There isn’t a lot of food choices there and we did not trust 2 drunk boys to make our meal so we had to go to a different restaurant.

FINAL CONCLUSION: -
To conclude, I absolutely DO NOT recommend staying at this hotel, it is racist, unhygienic and generally outrageous! Don’t go here at all costs, you’ll regret your spendings just like we did! Don’t get scammed!

They have friendly and Good service. Room and bathroom is clean and well maintained. Place have a nice view and it is in front of Polhena beach. Food is also good. Place is Worth for for the price.

No bottle water, tea making facility or big towels in the room. The staff is bit lazy.what ever you asked the answer is no. Also the property is not much clean either

We had a good experience. Rooms and wash rooms were clean and well maintained. Food was good. The rooms are very spacious. Staff was less experienced but good service was provided. Front office staff very helpful.value for money.

Room was not actually well cleaned.there was a bad smell.and there was a dirty basket in te wash room.i dont know why it was there.the major thing is the service.really disapointed.they seems very rude and not nice.no any professional look or attire.like beach boys. MY ADVICE IS THIS PLACE IS NOT COMFORTABLE FOR A COUPLE.there was a pool but we didnt go there.parking space is available.if they consider about the crew and there service this would be a great place to stay

The room is really good, the staffs are ok but need bit of hospitality training as they are you guys, I am not sue whether useful to know that this place you only find male workers.swimming pool was ok, i like the atmosphere. I didn't like the towel in the room.its only provided on the request and a small. Food is available but limited.overall the hotel is fine with some flexibility of both side.

Went there with my office friends for a day out. The package is great deal for the amount. Staff is friendly. Food is good. Pool is clean. But need proper maintenance to the place. Pool beds are too old and some are broken.

Good place for vacations with your partner and family. Clean rooms and well trained staff with satisfactory service. Can recommend both local and foreign tourists.

If you are looking for better hygienic place we are not ready to recommend this place.they never change bed cloths once guest are check outs.we saw in raw eyes.food is up to some level but lack of consistent.some food have high salt and some have no salt.so cant recommend that also.
Be careful with staff language barrier.
When it comes to pool i have attached photo.so you can decide.
Better communicate your stay before check in.they will charge additional when you check out.

We had a nice stay at this place, Aswell to polhena main beach it’s about 100 meters away. So our family had a great vacation there. Clean pool & friendly staff makes us more impressed.
